Mead... it's just amazing. Whoever thought of making honey wine is my personal hero. It's EXPENSIVE but GREAT. It's got a VERY light alcoholic flavor (like very little of that bitter taste) and a VERY sweet honey aftertaste. Problem is- it's expensive as all hell.
I had a small cup of it for like $7. Worth every penny though.
