Nearby, skotti popped out of the rubble "Ouch, shoulda gotten outta there faster" he said.

"Boss!!!" Pen exclaimed she thought Skotti had came with the rest of them. However the concern for Sabe must have blinded her from the fact that Skotti didn't warp out with the rest of them.
She ran over to Skotti to help him out her eyes tearing up a little from knowing what exactly they loss.

Colbur gave no regard to Skotti's random outburst. There was a particularly large chunk of the ceiling left, and he tried his hardest to lift it from the pile. Koteki and the three attendants joined in, and they shoved off the annoying slab of concrete. Sabe was still partially buried in rubble, but enough of his body stuck out to where Colbur could get him out of the rubble.
Colbur lifted Sabe's mangled body out from the pile, and held him closely.

Pen saw in the distance that Sabe had been recovered. She stood by the boss looking down not wanting to the body in such a state right now. "It never gets easier." She muttered and let out a small sniffle.

Colbur kept Sabe in his arms as he sat down and almost cried hysterically. The other body was recovered too, and Kassa's broken pieces were laid beside her chimerical body. In the distance, Rebecca's smile widened. Her daughter looked up at her and gave her a small, forced smile. Behind it was guilt, and lots of it. Gustav simply looked down at the ground in utter shame. He would cry if he had eyes to begin with.
The elven Waffle regained consciousness, and looked around. She spotted her parents, and a body nearly dangling from Colbur's arms. She tried not to lose control of herself again as she clumsily walked over there.

Skotti lifted himself out of the rubble slowly, it had been a while since he saw someone on his team in such a position. Skotti did not want to cry, he couldn't, Skotti did not get sad in these kinds of situations, he got angry. He looked over at the smiling Rebbecca and clenched his fist. "Are you happy now... ARE YOU ******** HAPPY NOW! YOU WORTHLESS PIECE OF SCUM! IS THIS WHAT YOU WANTED!? YOU HEARTLESS b***h! I'LL ******** KILL YOU!" Skotti screamed, grabbing the sniper rifle from the rubble. He fired the entire clip at her, not caring if she blocked the bullets, Skotti just wanted revenge.

Luciano let out a very loud battle cry, and helped Skotti out. When he ran out of bullets he, out of pure desperation and rage, threw his guns at the enemy and then later he pulled out his spare gun and also emptied the clip into the heartless b***h. When he ran out of bullets he screamed and ranhead on into the enemy, hoping they wouldn't disappear by the time he would tackle and then proceed to beat them to death.

Waffle walked up to Colbur, then looked at the motionless Sabe. She hugged him hopelessly and kissed his cheek. It didn't matter to her if blood got on her or whatever.
She looked back to where everyone else was, and saw Rebecca smiling coldly. Waffle got angry as well, and when she got near the three vampires, she immediately grabbed Gustav's lance. He put up no resistance whatsoever. Her vampire counterpart tried to show a little resistance but was shushed by her father.
Waffle tried to charge at Rebecca with no success. Rebecca simply kept taunting Waffle like a matador to a bull. Simply for her own entertainment.
Meanwhile, Colbur's expression changed from deep sadness and hysteric crying to a look of surprise. He had completely forgotten that he was a cleric. He still looked saddened, but the prospect of bringing back Sabe tempted him too much. It would indeed be a grueling task for when they all went back home.
Eventually, Gustav got tired of Rebecca's antics and spoke something in a low voice. After this, Rebecca's legs were firmly held in place by magic shackles. She looked at her husband in pure contempt, and he only smiled with a few words to say.
"Colbur never liked you because he thought zhat you were a monster. He seems to be correct."

Luciano stopped his fighting, he couldn't take it anymore, and he broke down and cried. He cried so hard that he couldn't see a thing. Michelle ran over and threw her arms around him. Luciano screamed and cried as Michelle held him tightly, and she knew that after this heartbreaking event. . . Luciano's burning hatred for Vampires would never die.

Kydre was now down in the kitchen searching through the spices. She paused as she reached for the rosemary. It felt as if the hairs on the back of her head where standing on end. She rubbed the back of her neck on looked around the kitchen. "I have a bad feeling..." she muttered under her breath. She turned back to the rosemary and grabbed it. On the stove was a pot of some strange boiling liquid. As Kydre measured out the rosemary she couldn't quite escape the feeling that something bad had just happened.

On the drive home, Luciano didn't say a word. Nor was he worried about the huge crator he left on the side of his car. He wasn't sure whether or not to be angry at Waffle for not getting him in there on time, blame her parents for not going back for him, or to blame Rebecca for killing an innocent soul. Sure, Sabe was a major d**k sometimes and Luciano did have the pleasure of kicking his a** on that ship months back. . but he was a very innocent man and he didn't deserve to die the way he did. Luciano held back tears as he drove his group home.

As everyone had started to leave, Koteki picked up Kassa and her broken limbs, then warped away. Colbur made sure that Rebecca and the other Aramines were bound before warping them, the attendants, and himself away. Before he did leave though, he hugged his daughter while still carrying Sabe.
"Waffle, before you leave, remember that things will still be okay, alright? It's nobody's fault."
Waffle began to cry softly but nodded. Colbur looked off into the distance, trying to decide if it was worth it to tell Waffle his plans. He looked back down with a Mona Lisa-like smile.
"I wouldn't say Sabe would be dead for sure. You do have a cleric and a wizard for parents after all. I'll see what I can do, and I'll let you know what happens."
Colbur and Waffle said goodbye to each other, and headed their separate ways.
------------------------
The car ride home for Waffle was not very enjoyable. The last thing she wanted was to be yelled at for something that she couldn't do anyways. Colbur's words were the only thing that kept Waffle from slamming her head into the side of the door till it bled.
------------------------
At Serole's castle, everybody was quiet, and nobody even had the will to cry....except for Koteki when he reached his study.
Colbur laid Sabe's body down in the infirmary, then immediately looked for his clerical tomes.
I swear, I will not even sleep one minute until he's back.

Pen sat in a somber state unlike her companions not a shred of anger tormented her only depression. Her smile lost, her face buried in her hands not a single tear was shed until they finally reached each there respectable rooms. There the country punk sniffled and softly cried for her favorite scarfed punching bag.
Its not fair, we didn't even get to say goodbye...
