It was weird having a vampire show you a term of endearment by being so close to one's neck, but she smiled, trying to keep calm. "I'm good. Went and witnessed the fight between the Shadow Creature and some people from town. Unfortunately, they won, but Yawgmoth was dead...I feel sorry for his family, that's going to be hard for them."

"They defeated the shadow, I just kind of watched." She smiled, noticing him walk in front of her, her eyes looking back into his. "And what have you been doing lately?"

Finding him coming closer, she only raised her face to keep track and watch over his. "Thinking of me? And why is that?" She matched his smile, not moving, but taking in his elven features again.

She looked surprised at his words, unable to fathom them as he felt his lips again against hers. Closing her eyes as her arms encircled his. Again, she had to wonder what made him so sure. She pulled away from the kiss but continued to hold him. "What about the problem you mentioned earlier?"

*Lazik could respect that she did not want to kiss her, or she maybe wanted to make sure. He embraced her with his arms around her. Holding her close. He spoke again*

"Your sire? Or are you forgetting him? I mean.." She didn't want him to think she didn't want to be with him, she just didn't know what they would be up against. "Maybe I'm just being overly paranoid again?"

"I wont let him touch you, now it has gone many years and i can defeat him by now"

She had to admire his confidence, and yet, she still wasn't sure. Stepping closer she rested her head against his shoulder. "I certainly hope that's true, Lazik. If he is an ancient one, it's not going to be as easy as you might think."

She nodded, looking back up at him. "I certainly hope you're right, Lazik." She returned his smile, thinking about things a moment. "Not sure why you would want to be with me...but I'm not going to pry."

"I dont..see a reason why we couldn't try? I just.." She sighed, trying to figure out how to put it all. "We've known each other for what? Three, four days now? It's all just so sudden. All I ask is that you understand that I'm new to all this relationship..stuff. Easiest way to put it all." She smiled feeling his head against hers.
