I'm waiting on Jamie to post somewheres, cuz she asked me to come to Sky and RP with her, but I can head off wherever for the moment, because she isn't around. I gotta go t a christmas party here in a bit but we can continue for the next couple of days most likely.

This is a preview to the clan I'm making
Otokiri- Sound Sight
Background- Otokiri clan began within the City Hidden in Darkness, a byproduct of twisted experaments that occurred during the Great War. Due to their cities lack of light, many of the ninja who came from the city were blind and unable to fight the bright attacks of the ninja in the upper world. But there was one clan who seemed to have a unique ability to fight the takeover none the less. This clan had developed a bat like sonar within their senses, a pattern of vibration given off their bodies that gave them a pulsing sight and allowed them to identify objects. This clan won its respects during the war, remaining hidden under the mountains. But a few younger ninja have ventured beyond the city, bringing with them their unique bloodline.
Description: The Otokiri clan bloodline is a doujutsu derived off of sonic vibrations given off by objects and humans. Otokiri clan members can then use this to help them identify ninja, and navigate through areas. Using special jutsu, they can use their bloodline’s pulse to disrupt others frequencies in a ultrasonic sound style. To the eye, it appears that they use their chakra to disrupt the senses when they are only changing the frequency of what is being received. Controlling these frequencies, however, is very difficult and often leaves the user deaf if they have not mastered the clan’s techniques.

Oath: Its closer to elemental manipulation that doujutsu. ALl members of the clan are blind so I don't think it can constitute as doujutsu, even if it does invove sight.
