Nyl chuckled quietly. "Fruit juice, Sephiroth?" She didn't say anything farther. It was hilarious in her own head, and it was just fine for it to stay there.
She looked at the girl who had just arrived - if she remembered right, this was the new sensei of Hikari.
"Very well. Tutsumi issued a challenge to every member in this dojo. He got a bit annoyed when no one accepted. Somehow, this has all turned into a two-on-one: himself and Kaimen against Clow."

"Oh? Is Master Tutsumi upset for some reason?" Ishira was slightly shocked at the news. Knowing her former teacher, she knew he didn't attack a person without reason, let a lone challenge them. Ishira smirked though, it would be great to spar with him, but she was new and he was still some one she considered a teacher. She wouldn't challenge him unless he wished it. Instead she would watch until called upon. "I wont fight him though.." She whisper, making it final within her mind that she would stay and watch instead of getting too involved.

As exhausted as she is, Iri can't rest. She can't feel the rising chakra levels of Tutsumi, Kaimen, and Clow. What she can feel is the disturbances in the air. Those disturbances make her skin crawl and make her sleep a fitful one.
Iri finally tosses off her blanket in frustration and slides out of bed. She changes out of her white gown and into a pair of black slitted pants, a white tube top, and a pair of wooden sandals. Iri braids her knee-length hair and hangs a miniature tessen just heavy and sharp enough to be a weapon at its end. She straps a tessen to each ankle where they can be reached through the slits at the bottom of her pant legs. Two more tessen go in her back pockets. A set of thick black gloves adorn her hands and shades hide her violet eyes. Iri puts the ecto-flower Sage gave her in a front pocket. Just before leaving her room, she grabs her naginata.
The winged woman walks through the dojo's halls to wordlessly enter the kitchen.

"Well my sensei is missing in action right now...or at least terribly busy so I haven't had a chance to be taught..." Nami reflected slowly, returning Clow's greeting before glancing at their new arrival.
"He's a bit upset I'd think...he believes we're all getting complacent and that we've lost the true meaning of our dojo...oathes...whatever it is." She said simply, with no hint of ill-feelings towards the woman. She was merely a student herself and she recognized Ishira as the newly appointed Hikari sensei.
Seeing Iri, she smiled in greeting. "Can't sleep?" She asked, noting the unsettled expression on the girl's face.

"You are absolutely hilarious." Nyl said that with a blank expression and even tone, no signs of a smile showing at all. She left it up to him to figure out if she was joking or not.
"Hey Iri. You have trouble sleeping?" She smiled sympathetically. "And Nami, I'd be happy to teach you any time. I've been away from the dojo for a while...but you'll just have to trust me when I say it's to everyone's benefit. And I'm back now."

Iri nods to Nami and Nyl. "I can't sense chakra levels, but the atmosphere is buzzing with activity. Can anyone tell me just how serious the situation is getting?"

"I think it's going to get serious." Nami said softly, before glancing at Nyl.
"That would be wonderful. It would give me somethign to do until I'm forbidden from activity." She smiled before glancing at Seph. She had a sudden craving for some fruit punch but remained silent, instead drinking the rest of her tea.
"I'm half tempted to just slap Tut...but then again that would probably be what he wants...he thinks I'm not worthy but I already expressed my views on that to Nyl a minute ago, but I'll say it again. I don't need to prove myself to him. If he's so worried about his precious bloodline he can go find someone to knock up who won't go crazy."

"Really... hmm. When he left the dojo to me, it didn't seem as if he was so bothered that he would do such a thing. He has not spoken to me about his worries..." Ishira felt oddly left out and wondered how the distance between Tut and herself had grown. Her feelings and trust towards him were still as strong as ever but maybe it wasn't the same for him any longer. "Did he challenge everyone?" Ishira asked, wondering if Tutsumi expected her to fight him.

He smiled at Iri, and waved mid-sip. He looked back at Nyl over his juice box, raising his eyebrows and grinning sheepishly.
His attention then turned to Nami. He swallowed the juice and nodded. "Tut's standards are just too high. He should really work on getting to be more down-to-earth. His bloodline is nothing special, and he'll figure that out sooner or later."

Iri grimaces and leans against a wall. Her naginata rests in the crook of her arm. "I don't get it. When I fought Tutsumi, he seemed like a nice guy. Does he switch personalities like that often? Or did I overlook something?"

"He made his challenge to every single academy member, individually." Nyl looked straight at Ishira, still not smiling. "I believe that would include you as well. Although, he certainly deems you 'worthy' as a sensei and a ninja, so I doubt he would fight you with the same...intensity as he would others of us."
She shifted her attention to Iri and shrugged a little. "Tut has always acted from a plan all his own. I don't think I've ever really been able to understand it."

Clow's hair had become thicker and longer and grew down his back a bit, as his nails became longer and sharp, and his teeth had become slight fangs. His eyes were black [the white parts anyways]. He then closed his eyes and sighed. He didn't want to go any further; it was killing him enough fighting his own people. Two against one was really unfair. Clow let his cursed chakra lick up into the air from around him, as his levels still rose violently.
"Nyl? Nami? Seph? Iri? and others? How's it going in there...In the dojo anyways? Are you guys alright...? Decided I'd check up on you..."
He eyed Kaimen briefly and then Tut. If he attacked one...the other would go for the dojo. And the same would happen vice versa.

~Clow! Oh, we're fine. Just...hanging in the kitchen, as usual. Watching you three go at it, actually. Interesting turn of events there, with you against two people all of a sudden.~
