Elizabeth just smiled and looked away, she allowed her hair to cover more than half of her face, upon the short time she had spent alone in that hidden room Elizabeth had come to a decision, something she had needed to do a long time ago but that she could always find a better solution for, but not this time, something needed to be done. "What i have done is unforgivable, but i have chosen this path already, it's too late to turn back now victor" she said blankly, soon it wouldn't hurt anymore but for the time being she felt as if her inside was being ripped apart by the pain this caused her "I guess we where never really meat to be" she said forcing a smile to her lips, the emotion on her voice betraying the calm look on her face "next time we see each other i might not respond to the name Elizabeth, be careful if that's the case" she finished with a serious look, a mix of resolution and revolt on her eyes, there was no way she would weld in or go back upon the decision she had just made on that empty room, there was something that needed to be done and she had to do it no matter the cost, why was she so desperate to be stopped then?

Marcie took raven's shirt on her hands and got to her feet, her back facing raven, a light blush crawled to her cheeks again as she unzipped the dress, it slid down her hips and legs to end up on an emeraude mess at her feet, just like a green bird nest, she undid the strapless bra and took it off, placing it on a chair, her face flushed a deeper tone of red as she could feel raven's eyes on her back, 2 nights ago she hadn't felt as right now, in the heat of the moment raven surely hadn't had time to look at the battle scars that cover her skin, in another time it had been smooth and flawless but it was many years since that time, most of the scars where nothing more than faint white marks but there was one that was not faint and certainly not white, she placed the shirt on and buttoned it up until only the first 2 buttons remained , she then sat herself on the chair and took off the heels she was wearing.

Marcie got to her feet once more and picked up the dress, she folded it and placed it over the chair so that it would cover her bra, just then she looked back at raven "so..." she was unsure as to what to do at this point, sleeping, maybe just sleeping.

Tao smiled at her. he said, "You need some rest..."

(LOL Six has been very inactive lately...
SIX! GET UP, YOU LAZYBUM!)

Six wandered the castle halls, checking if there were any casualties at the masquerade from the previous night.

(LOL sure :p)

Six's eyes suddenly darted to a familiar figure near the third hallway. "Your majesty, pardon me for asking, but shouldn't you be at your lessons as of this moment?" Six said, raising an eyebrow.

((Jack of Diamonds wants Maria on his side, just like her mother once was. ;D Zack and I think they should have a "time skip" LOL!))

"You're very beautiful, Marchy," Raven mumbled sleepily, pulling Marcie close to him. "I love you . . . so much . . ."

Raven's eyes suddenly became heavy and he closed them gently, falling asleep quickly.



"Never meant to be," Victor whispered. "You are leaving because . . ." Victor knew Elizabeth was upset because he was the leader of the resistance. His heart suddenly hurt; he had hurt the woman he loved. Is this the path I am meant to walk, one where I lose any woman who means anything to me?

"Elizabeth, Ace of Clubs," he said, ignoring the heaviness on his heart as best as he could, "We both have a destiny of our own, but I do believe that you are a vital part of my life. Do as you wish, but I will miss you dearly."



"I see," Gestalt responded, his voice still tranquil. Jack of Hearts could have been lying, but he made it clear that the woman he was angry at didn't mean a lot to him.

"At least you understand that," Gestalt said, "But never fall in love. Never fall weak to love or you will be punished. I hope I have made myself clear."

Gestalt turned a heel, the heavy feeling becoming unbearable. "I will have my eyes on you, Jack of Hearts."
