Misu - Lolz, you crack me up. Though believe it or not, I was going to
create a custom for my Raiken RPC's, in which he could create
lightning arrows. The idea came from Von, in our attempt to destroy Cloud in HV.

Drew - Lolz, I did that, the Kaze Clan. Didn't you do an avatar wind bloodline one?

Yeah I did David but it sucked.

So I'm going to do it again, new conceot they can even control the temperature of the winds XD
From Searing burn your skin off hot to freeze and snap your finger off cold.

-Davey-|| Lightning arrows is fine, as mine isn't like arrows you shoot. One is like a very thin beam, and the other is an arrow that pops up on the ground.
