Nashvilians especially.
Because it never snows.
Here in Nashville, we're like "Oh, eight tenths of an inch! EIGHT WHOLE TENTHS, GOOD GOD! GET THE ROCK SALT!"
And all the people who live in... I don't know, Wisconsin. Or Minnesota. They're just sitting there, snickering, going "Oh you silly people in Nashville, you call THAT snow? Ha!"

The news here calls for a "snow storm" and everyone is filling up their cars and stocking up on food like they'll be snowed in for months. We got 2 or less inches here last week and then it all melted away. Snow storm is with ice already on the ground, snow, and then whatever else the weather can toss out at you.
Take something like this and add snow on top of it and you get a bad storm and something you don't want to drive in.
At least here, I can get out for a chance of snow instead of wishing for a miracle when there's three inces of ice under three feet of snow.
