You need 75k skill points if your not a missing nin and it's in Hidden Slumber... Also, what percentage of a seal you got?

not exactly sure, nobodies put anything up ever. sweatdrop i think its about full by nowscince i got it around the end of the last exams... so yeah....not sure, and i don't have near that much.
