Nephenee blinked a few times. Sit and have a drink with the Queen? Was she really offering? The thought baffled her, but this was probably a once in a lifetime thing. "Um... sure." She said, pulling up a chair and looking to her. Too bad Nephenee was a horrible conversationalist. "I'll keep you company, Your Highness. So um... how was your day?"

"Paperwork mostly." She said with a smile pouring her a cup and setting it infront of her."What did you say your name was?" Not recalling if she had said what it was or not. She took a sip of her drink trying to rembmer if she had or not.

Matachi would come back just watching smirking "Well seems you two are having a good conversation." Matachi said yawning abit as he watched them still having the cup in his hand from earlier

Taking the cup, she had never really had wine before. So in reality, she was just waiting for Katherine to take sips before she did. At least the woman had good taste. Then came that question, when she had said it only a few minutes before. "My name is Nephenee, Your Highness." She said before taking another sip of the wine.

Hearing the sudden voice from behind almost caused the girl to jump. Then she looked back. "Um... hi." She said to him. Again, not the greatest at conversations.

Matachi waved abit moving over to a seat to the right of Katherine taking a seat smiling as he poured himself another drink into the same cup that he had in his hands "Nice to meet you." Matachi said

Nephenee just blinked a few times looking up at the man. Again, not great in public, so she chose a quiet guard job. Then she looked back to Katherine. "Yeah, been living here my entire life. Probably only been a few other places in Llyr. I don't know why I would ever leave a place like this."

Katherine smiled it was something that made everything she did worth the eveort she looked towards Matachi for a moment wondering if he felt the same. "Thats something nice to hear. Very nice for us actually." She finshed her cup and pured herself another one.

Watching Katherine pour another glass, she was almost amazed. Some of the people she knew could barely handle one full glass. Then again, she wasn't exactly a lightweight either. "I actually wanted to ask you something personally. I've always fancied the Royal Guards. The people that go with you or the King. Now, I didn't want to beg for it, but I'll do anything. Even if it means risking my life if I could get a position in there."

The young woman looked away and scratched her nose for a second. She was a tad bit nervous, thinking there was a requirement. "About... a little bit over a year." She said, hoping there wasn't a time requirement for it. After all, she thought she did pretty good at training. Taking a sip of her wine, she looked at Katherine again.
