The external hard drive malfunctioned, so I am saving up for a new one.
For now, the Steam folder is in the PC and I'm trying to make EUIII to work.
Fortunately, the price for the 500GB external hard drive had dropped significantly because there's now a 2TB external hard drive on the market.

Well it sucks that computer problems keep you from playing. It's amazing how cheap some computer parts get when new and better ones show up on the market. 3nodding
