do we need to post permission to walk anymore? the rule has been removed from the tos

edit:

since the rule is no longer in the tos, I have a clutch that needs saving. No need to walk these if you feel that we still have to get permission 1st. If you do get to these, these only have .5 days left.

Dunno. My first thought is that it's an old version of the TOS that replaced the one with the rule during the maintenance/outage a couple of days ago. But maybe TJ discovered that it was too much work to enforce.
