Sammy, feeling her TADS vibrate, whipped it out and rapidly started texting.
Uhm, yep... Having fun over there?
~Sammy She closed her TADS, not expecting an answer to that question.

Thard_Verad I get a sudden idea. With the wind as bad as it is, anyone inside the cyclone probably can't hear anything going on outside. So I send a message to Blade and Sammy: Blade, Sammy? Are you guys where I think you are? I thought I saw you on the other side of a sandstorm in the desert.
- ThardBlade gets the message and responds. Yeah, we're here. And just a few feet away from some of the toughest Rock and Ground typed Pokemon. And there's 3 or 4 of each of them.Blade sighs and looks back at his Garchomp. "Sorry Garchomp but we'll have to wait for the cavalry before we rush 'em."

Getting two responses, I start to form a plan. I'm glad I brought certain pokemon for training, too.
Okay, so that's 1-2 of each of them, for each of us. I'm about to have a blast over here, so be ready to attack on my signal. You can't miss the signal.
- Thard
Now that the message is safely on its way, I notice the pokemon have finally managed to overpower the mud and return the cyclone to full strength.
"Do it now!" I tell Maul. On cue, she blasts the cyclone with a massive Overheat attack, turning it almost entirely to molten glass.

Sammy scratched her head, guessing that was supposed to be the signal. "CHARGE!" Sammy called, and Hiro and Squirt jumped down and also began racing towards the pokemon.

Reaper continued swimming, while Zangoose layed back on a tree branch with a twig in his mouth, and began to relax, while Tyrogue started practicing its fighting skills.

Blade watches the cyclone....melt. "GO GARCHOMP, EARTHQUAKE!" Blade shouts, charging towards The brutally powerful Pokemon. Th earquake shatters the ground below Blade's opposing Pokemon, taking out any Aggron he had to fight, and KO'ing one Tyranitar and leaves the other one heavily injured. His two opposing Hippowdon on the other hand, only lose around 2/3 of their health. Blade then prepares for battle.

Sammy, now realizing that the pokemon were rather large compared to her and her pokemon, slowed to a small trot as she reached the pokemon she was supposed to fight. She sweatdropped, hoping she had a pokemon with EXTREME type advantages.

Charging in from the other side, Maul sets her sights on the first Tyranitar she sees. As it rears back to attack, she rams it with a full-on Superpower. The beast is down for the count, but her stat drops are starting to add up. I call her back and move on to the next foe.

Sammy released Troy (Hitmonchan) and Koi (Tyrouge) as she approached a Tyranitar. Koi just sort of stood in the backround as Troy Sky Uppercutted Tyranitar, luckily fainting it on contact. Poor Koi felt weak as they moved on to the next pokemon.

The Tyranitar started with a Dragon Dance before Blastoise used a Rain Dance, dispelling a Rain Dance. Tyranitar used a Thunder Punch, Blastoise using Counter to KO the beast. "So, what's going on today?" Ginji asked from his vacation.

Up next, an Aggron and Hippowdon that escaped Garchomp's wrath. I had Flygon and Phanpy take these two. My tiny pachyderm darted in with a quick Ice Shard, doing minor damage to the hippo. Flygon rocked the field with Earthquake, dropping Aggron on the spot, giving Hippowdon some more damage, and almost knocking Phanpy out. The surviving ground-type hammered my Mirage Pokemon with Fire Fang.
I recalled Phanpy before it drew any more attacks, and had Lickitung take his place. Flygon raked its foe with Dragon Claw as the sandy one turned its wrath on Lickitung with a mighty Crunch. But another Dragon Claw followed by a Stomp put an end to the fight.

The Tyranitar crushed down on Garchomp with a Crunch doing quite a bit of damage to the Dragon. Blade, having grabbed a snag chip from the lab before he demolished it, attaches one to an Ultra Ball and hurls it at the Tyranitar. Garchomp takes an Ice Fang during Tyranitar's capture and falls unconscious. The Tyranitar is caught and Blade puts the Tyranitar's ball in his pocket and clips Garchomp back onto his belt. He then sends out Gengar. "Gengar Energy Ball!" Blade shouts and Gengar obeys. It fires a ball of grass energy (?) at the Hippowdon, KOing it. While Blade was distracted the last Hippowdon had Slack'd Off and fully healed. Blade clenches his first, angry. "I hate those things, they never faint!" Hippowdon then Crunches Gengar and KO's it. Blade recalls Gengar and sends out Heracross. Hippowdon strikes down with an Ice Fang for decent damage. Heracross counters with Revenge dealing good damage. He then uses his item, a Flame Orb, putting a burn on himself. Hippowdown strikes again with an Ice Fang, doing relatively small damage. Heracross once again attacks with Revenge, but power now boosted heavily by it's GUTS ability. Hippowdon roars out as it collapses into an unconscious state. Blade recalls Heracross and prepares to confront the oil workers.

Sammy confronted some of the pokemon, feeling a bit uneasy about fighting with them. They were so… So… Intimidating! She called Troy over as another Tyranitar approached, also calling Koi. The Hitmonchan and Tyrouge stood their ground; they had the advantage. Troy quickly used Sky Uppercut on it, fainting it on contact. Then, when two Aggron appeared, Koi and Troy quickly tag-teamed, each taking one on. Troy started with another Sky Uppercut, almost fainting it. It came back, though, with a nasty Iron Tail. Troy hung on, Countering the attack. That Aggron was fainted. Koi, though, was having a bit of trouble. He had started by using Brick Break on the Aggron, which got angry and used a feisty Metal Claw, sending him scuttling to the ground. Koi picked up a Rock and Smashed (Rock Smash) it against the Aggron, causing it to stagger about. Almost finished… But Aggron was going out in style. It smashed against Koi with a Double-Edge, fainting both of them. Sammy returned Koi and Troy, letting them rest. Now for the Hippowdon.
To face them, Sammy sent out Squirt and Dancer, a Squirtle and Bayleef. Squirt started by Hydro Pumping Hippowdon 1, doing a very good amount of damage. Dancer pranced around, throwing a Magical Leaf at the same one. It fainted, leaving the second one alone. The second Hippowdon Crunched down on Squirt’s arm, causing him to yowl loudly. He shot another Hydro Pump, and Dancer finished off the battle by entangling the foe in a Grass Know. Sammy returned her pokemon, wiping the sweat from her brow.

The oil drill stops and the workers look around to find their Pokemon KO'd. "What's going on here?!" One of them shouts. "Were we discovered?!" Another questions, realizing the sand cyclone had vanished. "I saw it all, those kids beat our Pokemon!" "What do you want?" "I want you to stop digging. You're harming the environment around here." Blade states. "Oh? And what if I refuse?!" The first worker asks. Remembering a few of Dark's actions that would get his point across Blade grabs the worker by the throat. "It wasn't an offer, it was an order." Blade glares angrily into the eyes of the worker. He then looks back to his fellow Aquans and winks, signaling for them to act tough and dangerous.
