Kin looked through the page and studied the handseals as much as he could. He knew that he had to learn these in order to use all of those cool jutsus but, it wasn't really he strong suit. He flipped the pages to see if there was any helpful information to help him make the handseals other then pictures. He managed to find a step by step guide but most of the directions were actually more confusing then just looking at the pictures. Kin then decided that the best idea would be to focus on one of the hand seals at a time. He hadn't got a lot of instruction but, he figured that this would be a good way of doing it. He then turned his attention to the first one. The first one was called the bird. He looked at the instructions on how to make it and it seemed somewhat confusing. He wanted to try it again though so he tried but, he failed almost immediately. It was just too awkward for him to make. He knew that he was probably doing something wrong so he looked back at the instructions and studied them further. DC:10 Roll: D20 - 2 = 7 0/12 success of handseals

Kin started to get a little bored of this whole thing, he even started to close his eyes a bit but, when he closed his eyes he quickly shot them back open. He really didn't want the teacher to see him sleeping or something. He just needed to focus on the hand seals. He was starting to wish that he had learned this some other time and not in the middle of a class but, it was to late now. Kin flipped back to the page with the pictures of the hand seals and he looked at the bird. The pictures showed what they were supposed to look like but, it didn't help him all that well. He knew however how it was supposed to be so he didn't give up on that resource. Kin then flipped the page back to the instructions and read over them a few times. He figured that he would be able to get it this time so he tried to make the bird hand seal again. Though again he managed to fail it again. Kin didn't really worry though. He figured that this probably had some learning curve to it so he wasn't going to let a few failed attempts bother him. If he did, he'd probably never get finished with the training. Kin continued to study the bird hand seal. It was starting to make sense to him the more he read the instructions on how to make it. After a couple minutes he decided that he was going to try again. He flipped the page to the pictures and started to make the hand seal. Kin watched his hands and would occasionally check the picture and he managed to make the hand seal. Kin was proud of himself but, he wasn't done. He had gotten the first one done but, he still had another eleven. He looked at the next hand seal, the boar, and knew that it was easier. He brought his hands together and made the boar hand seal perfectly. Kin was even more proud but, he couldn't let himself turn the pride into a cockiness of sorts. Kin put his hands on the table and started to study the next hand seal. The next hand seal being the dog.

Kin flipped back to the instructions so that he could study the dog more fully. He thought that the dog was going to be simple because of the picture but, it seemed that he was completely wrong. When he looked at the pictures he was really confused. Kin flipped to the pictures and there was some kind of disconnect between him understanding it and how simple it was. Kin flipped back to the directions and started to study them. Kin didn't even attempt the hand seal as he thought it was going to be almost impossible. Well, not impossible but, hard. Kin wasn't sure if there was some type of typo in his book or something but, it just seemed like it wasn't right. Kin looked at the pictures and kept flipping back in forth between the pages, trying to figure out how to at least start the hand seal.

The dog hand seal started to make sense after a few minutes of flipping back and forth between the two pages. He realized that it was actually much easier then he originally thought. Kin had already spent quite a bit of time on this one but, that didn't bother him all that much. He had already done two and he thought that he was about to get a third one down. Kin brought his hands off of the table and slowly started to make the hand seal. He looked at the picture a few times to make sure he was doing it right and after about half a minute he had managed to get it. It was actually a lot more simple then he had originally thought. He wasn't sure why he thought it was going to be so hard but, he managed to get it and that was all that counted. Now he had to go onto the next hand seal, the dragon. Now the dragon looked more complicated then the dog.

LV. 1 Experience: 0/100 Hp: [10+0]*1=10 Cp: [10+0]*1=10 MHp: [10+1]*1=11 Kin studied the dragons instructions and saw that they were very detailed. This was a relief for him because it made it a little bit easier to make. Kin didn't want to try it right of the bat so he studied the hand seal for a few minutes before he realized that the dragon really wasn't all that hard. Really none of these were all that hard, it was just a matter of making them correctly. Kin brought his hands together again and slowly made the new hand seal. It was a good feeling for Kin when he saw that he had managed to make the hand seal perfectly with out looking at the picture. Kin quickly looked at the next handseal, the hare, and saw that if he did it right he'd be able to transition from the dragon to the hare easily. Kin took it slowly at first but, then he finished off the hare in just about five seconds. Kin was very satisfied with himself but, he wasn't half way yet so he couldn't say that he was completely happy. As soon as he hit half way he'd probably feel much better. hedpefan LV. 1 Experience: 0/100 Hp: [10+0]*1=10 Cp: [10+0]*1=10 MHp: [10+1]*1=11 Kin studied the page for only a few moments before he knew that he had managed to memorize them completely. He now knew that the only step was to perform the hand seals another two times. Kin brought his hands up quickly and started to make the hand seals. Kin was more confident himself and he was doing the hand seals faster then any of his other attempts. He did them as fast as he could and it only took him about half a minute rather then a full minute. Kin was extremely confident at this point and he looked down at the page to make sure he was starting off at the right point. Of course he was and he was ready to do the hand seals again. Kin looked at his hands and started to go through another set of hand seals. He realized that he hadn't said the names of them the last time so he knew that he had to do it this time. As he went through the hand seals he said all of the names of them and when he was finished, he looked around the room to see what everyone else was doing to see if he could start on that. Instead he pulled out a piece of paper and wrote down on it, I'm done with the hand seals. What would you like me to do next teacher? Sorry I didn't get your name. Kin then stood up and walked over to the teacher. Kin then handed the teacher the note. Because of him not being able to talk that was the best he could do. Reason why I added that last part, is to help students get more training and have things to do so the academy doesn't go dead like how it happened so many times before. So you got one handseal down and have 11 more to practice and get down, sweatdrop But I'll probably have to post a lot more so I can get you through this a lot quicker ]]

I made the excersise shorter to quickly progress the academy. the 12/12 is Suna's academy course. Sorry about that, must have added that in there by accident while jumping between the two villages. Didn't look right till I looked at it, addressed it with Gid and he pointed out my flaw so don't worry you completed it. That last part was my bad lol]]

Kin put his hands back on the table and studied the next hand seal, the horse, and when he flipped to the page with the pictures it seemed that the horse had been cut out of the book. Kin looked at the page and just thought, Are you serious? Kin shook his head softly and turned the page back to the directions. Well, now the only thing he had to go on was the directions. Kin knew that if he studied the book for a good while he'd probably be able to do it....probably. With no picture it'd be hard to figure out if he was doing it right but, the directions seemed to be a little more detailed on this one as well. Kin looked at the directions and just read them. He knew that he wouldn't be able to actually do the hand seal without studying the hand seal for a little bit. He still shook his head a little as he thought about the person that probably took it. He couldn't believe that anyone would actually want to cut a picture out of this book and keep it. However Kin wasn't going to let it disturb his training.

The horse hand seal was giving Kin some serious trouble. The directions gave him an idea of how to do it but, because the picture was cut out, he didn't actually have a good idea of how it looked. With only the directions Kin had to figure out pretty much how it looked all by himself. He didn't want to disturb the teacher because he couldn't actually talk he couldn't just raise his hand and ask a question. To ask a question he'd have to stand up and give the teacher a note and he didn't want to find out how the teacher reacted to that. Kin had decided that he would just figure it out by himself. He studied the hand seal's directions more and knew that it was going to take some more time before he was ready to actually attempt it. He hadn't attempted it yet because he wanted to figure it out before he tried it.

Kin was starting to get sick of having no picture to go off and he wasn't understanding this hand seal all that well. He wasn't mad or anything he was just sick of this one. Kin took a minute to close his eyes and just let his mind focus on the hand seal. Staring at the directions seemed to be doing no good to help him so he just closed his eyes and tried to picture it in his mind. He just sat there with his eyes close for a full minute and he managed to only to get a general idea of what he was going for. Kin wasn't happy with what he came up but, he wasn't going to try it this time. Instead he changed his focus and went back to reading the horse hand seal directions over and over. After a few more minutes of studying the seal he started to get a clearer idea of what he wanted but, it wasn't enough.

The image in kin's head slowly started to get clearer and clearer but, it wasn't changing the fact that kin had no idea how it was supposed to be made. Kin was done with this book and took out a piece of paper and wrote down on it, This book was defaced and the Horse seal had been cut out of it. Kin then stood up and walked over to the teacher's desk. He then put the book on the teacher's desk with the note. Kin had decided that he better just get another book so that he could see it. Kin walked over to the shelf and pulled out a new book. Before he went back to his seat, Kin opened the book and made sure that it had all of the things he needed and it seemed to. Now Kin was ready to go back to his seat so he did so and got right back to work. He looked at the hand seal and realized that what he had in his head was nothing like that. He was happy with himself for getting a new book. That was probably a good idea but, he still had to figure out the hand seal.

Kin was happy to see that the horse was actually simpler then he thought it was going to be. Of course his opinion had been based solely on the fact that he only had directions. Kin studied the picture for a bit and would look at the directions after studying the picture for about a minute. Kin was confident that he knew what he was doing now so he started to make the hand seal. He did it slowly but, this was because he wanted to get it perfect. It took him about a minute just to finish this one hand seal and he managed to get the hand seal done. It seemed like getting the new book was the best idea he had the whole time. The new book seemed to have no problems but, he was half way through and that was good. Well, good for him. The way the teacher had put it earlier it seemed like he was really behind so he knew that he should probably going to have to go faster but, you couldn't really rush perfection. Well, that was what people told him anyways.

The monkey seemed to be the name of the next hand seal. It didn't look over complicated like some of the hand seals but, it still was going to take Kin a little bit to do it. All Kin hoped was that it wouldn't take as long as the Horse did. It took him a long time on the Horse and he wasn't all that happy about that but, Kin wasn't going to let it take that long on this one. Kin just worried about studying on the directions for a minute or so before he looked at the picture. Doing this confused him at first but once he looked at the picture it cleared up a bit of his confusion. Kin still had a little more studying to do before he wanted to attempt this one but, he was satisfied with the progress he seemed to have made on this hand seal. He wanted to get it over with but, he wasn't going to rush it. Odds are if he rushed it he would screw up some how and he didn't want that.
