she hung up and ran back to her sister, crying softly "Erin..." the only blood she could see was on Erin's foot were she had dropped the glass

She rushed up to the study and informed her husband and they both rushed out to the car and off to the house.

she rushed to the door when she heard the car pull up

She groaned as she curled into the warmth. Her body ached and she wanted to go back into the darkness.
She rushed into the house, "Erin, sweet heart?"

he picked her up and headed to the kitchen, sitting her on the counter "we need to get the glass out of you're foot"

She was still a little dizzy and stabilized herself on the counter with her hands. She nodded. She hadn't noticed her foot had glass or was bleeding.
