Dude, the Covenant are all but extinct, so finding a ship would be impossible as the Sangheili would have claimed any and all Forerunner technologies left over from the Great War for themselves as they have the ability to find them rather quickly thanks to their Luminaries.

And I know the covenant is extinct, but there ships are called covenant ships, there is no other name for those ships is there? Unless you name it after the San 'Shyuum... ?

A Luminary is a Forerunner/Covenant AI used to find Forerunner objects, from humans [labeled Reclaimers/Reclamation] to ships. Thusly, the Separatists/Sangheili would have found every remaining Covenant Loyalist ship and either claimed it for themselves or scrapped it.
And yes, they are simply referred to as Covenant ships.

Well, according to Halopedia, Truth said that the luminaries lied...
So maybe they abandoned them while truth was in power...

That was during Truth's first contact with the humans. They later used the Luminaries to find human worlds around the galaxy. Why do you think we lost the Outer Colonies?

Huh... I just read those cards the other day, the ones you get with Halo Wars LE. And Brute Chieftain RESPECTED humans... Heh...
So maybe my idea about rebels and what ever brutes are left, being allies, is not so silly?
