Coffee mug in hand, Reeve perches on the counter, looking out the window at the sky.
" I wonder what's gonna happen today..."

While Reeve went on his search for coffee, Sage continued directing his golem.
In the final moments of battle, the Hollow broke free of the grapple, and clawed at Emy's body. As the claw dug in and began tearing the ectoplasm of the construct apart, Emy spun. The spin allowed it to land one final blow against the hollow. The blow was enough to crack the mask, and cause the hollow to fall back and slump to the ground as Emy dissipated.
Seizing this chance, Sage whipped the ectoplasmic strands that lead to emy back into his palm, and reshaped them into a spike along his right arm. He then charged up and dove the spike into the hollow's mask. He aimed the blade for a crack in the mask, and jumped into the attack. The resulting force of the blow shattered the mask. The remains of the hollow slumped, and melted into a pile of black, tar-like goo.
As the battle ended, Sage panted a bit. The spike around his arm dissipated. Looks like I should stop running and start fighting these things...but what to do with these remains? combine them with the crystal already strapped on my back perhaps?

Syoku made a grumpy face as she place the book down on the table and sat down, crossing her arms all important like. "Mr. Clow! Smile, or I'll make you! I don't like sad people!!"

(( Sage~ Hollow do not do that, unless you are saying it is a result of the ectolplasm used... this I dunno... but... Yuh... ._. ))

Yuh... ._. )) ((yep, that's what I'm saying 3nodding . it makes for the ability to have hollows repeatedly go after sage...always a good plot device when you need something nice and actiony to spice things up. All ghosts are made of ectoplasm. When shinigami kill hollows, they use the soul arts, which then redeem/condemn the hollow. When Quincy kill hollow, they too use soul arts. Both Arts would cause the ectoplasm to dissipate postmortem. However, when a psychic kills a hollow, it's with mental energy..and ninja use body energy...so..yeah. ))

And, I see... but when Chad or someone else killed a Hollow? Well, Chad would count as spirit actually... Orihime though, does she count as spirit energy? O.o ))

O.o )) ((yeah...she'd count as spiritual energy...pretty much everyone in that series uses spiritual energy. I can't think of anyone who doesn't. (and is a combatant) ))

Reeve The Vagabond (( Actually, I'mma go nap... bye!)) ((sleep well, and be happy.)) After untying the crystal from his back, Sage set it down in the remains of the hollow. He then waited for a few moments. If I'm right...the crystal will absorb the remains here and grow more tainted...if I'm wrong, it will just sit there and do nothing...I wonder how tainted it can get?
