It says "Shop credit can be "cashed in" (i.e., an order can be placed) at any time because it is in the nature of a pre-paid order. You do not have to wait for an open spot on the waiting list. Shop credit should only be cashed in with Meriko unless another editor states otherwise. Thank You edits may also be purchased with shop credit." this includes ATC's
