Why not just get a library expansion from Takumi? xD
It'll be Suiho no Jutsu. For the most part, this mission I'm preparing will require practical uses of ninjutsu most haven't thought of.

Well, you should after this mission. It'll be quite the chain. We'll be heading to Takumi to bargain shop some, after which, we'll be escorting the materials (twice), and then the construction will begin (now, there's two or three sites being established, and I'll be overseeing the three of them). xD
It's pretty much spewing forth a river of scalding water at a force strong enough to carve away stone.
Right now, our antagonists of sorts are in Konoha, and might be in Kirigakure, depending on plans. xD

Az was being a prat about that one move he used. There was no way it was eighteen feet wide and tall for a freaking C-rank but he was all "But when he used the term wide, he really meant width and circumfrence and blah, blah, blah..." It pissed me off I stopped the match and put Az on my ignore list...
He still owes me a neo-gaia hero whatever or something of equal value.
