and maybe someone covered this already... but i have two questions...

1. what were you doing that resulted in getting your hand stuck in the printer?

2. what stopped you from unplugging it and carrying the whole thing to a place where there was a screw driver or a phone? (Unless it was one of those psychotically large printer/fax/copier combos in which case I follow.)
