Man... the English dubs are terrible for that show. Sailor Uranus and Neptune are actually a couple, but in the dub they were changed to cousins. razz So much nudey in the real thing. o__o
Soo... I think we should go with Hotaru. biggrin Unless anyone wants to name the ship after something from Norse mythology. mrgreen razz

Yeah I know, stupid 1980's dubbers! If I could go back in time, I'd rip their spines out.... stare I've actually never seen the un-dubbed version (I was young when I watched Sailor Moon) but I've found the missing pieces through research and that good 'ole internet! biggrin
Like MichiruXHaruka and Makoto=Lina. (man, I can't even call her Lina anymore. It has it be "Makoto Kino")
I like Hotaru as a name. It even sorta refers to that old "Saturni" mix-up! xd

Hotaru is fine by me. Space Lion is still awesome, though. stare I kinda wish the ship could have an abbreviation for some reason, though.
Just please, let's not dwell too much on Japanese names. The show doesn't even use them.

Soren, I kinda agree with you on the japanese names. I'd like to see something english myself. Course, I'm not really pushing for any one name at this point.

I contemplated Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, which would abbreviate to LSD, but I don't like how wordy it is. Besides my other name, I'm largely looking at 60/70's music kinda stuff since most of the show looks back to those times for references (except for Adrock and maybe some others). Anyway...
