"I'd hope it was urgent," he replied, inspecting her wounds. "These are some pretty serious wounds for something not urgent."
[He blinked at her, frowning a bit, his eyes narrowing at the wounds in worry.]
"You need to get those checked soon before they fester..."
[He leaned back, sitting with his tail curled around his paws, and waited patiently for Spadestripe to explain herself.]

I gave Galestar shining opal colored eyes as I touched noses with Serpentfang, hoping she felt pride as well.][I yowled out Pebbleheart's name with happiness, even if I didn't know her.]((YAY! Happiness for Gale, and lol Pebbleheart and her belly swishes owo!)) ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃ ═══════════════════════ What would it take...for things to be quiet.

Oddly enough I saw a transparent dove fly right above Ravenpaw, an odd expression crossed my face, I gave Galestar an urgent and uneasy glance as the dove flew near Galestar, then disappearing out of sight.] ((Its a sign of Dovekit and Ravenpaw's kin for Galestar! Ravenpaw doesn't remember her past much, but Dovekit shall help Galestar know that Ravenpaw is actually a clan cat owo!))] ♥_____________________________♥ ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃ Snow is falling quietly, falling oh so silently, till it touches you so cold. "Those can get checked later. The important thing is this- I could scent Seaclan in camp, but it was trailing away so I followed it. I met the intruder at the border, she said her name was Echosong. She didn't explain herself and instead attacked me."
[She swallowed her fear as best she could.]
"There's more...Echosong almost murdered me, but...Dicefoot came and tackled her over. She had Seaclan scent all over her- she must be living there after she was exiled. the first thing she said was 'she's my kill'. I managed to escape, but I'm concerned..."
[Spadestripe narrowed her eyes.]
"I'm worried over Seaclan...Echosong is almost as dangerous and fight-craving as Dicefoot, and if the two are in the same clan there's no telling what could unfold. But, I mainly tell you of this now because I have a feeling that Dicefoot may have followed-"
[Spadestripe turned her head towards the camp entrance to see her sister's tuxedo pelt creeping in. It examined Dovekit's body that was recently slain, soon to be buried. Spadestripe froze, her blue eyes wide. Almost the whole camp seemed to be at a standstill.]
No!
[Dicefoot sniffed at Dovekit's body and gingerly lifted the dead kit by its scruff.]
"Gotta bury little kit, oh yes...can't let her decay. Silly sister, Silly Galestar, letting little kit die out here. Maggots come, if you're not careful."
[Dicefoot looked straight at Ravenpaw, her murderous emerald eyes almost staring into the black she-cat's soul.]
"Whozzat? I wanna play with her..."
[Dicefoot set Dovekit back down and started up a run towards Ravenpaw like a happy kit. At the same time, darkness seemed to ooze from Dicefoot as her eyes contained no shine and she bolted towards Ravenpaw.]
"I WANNA PLAY!"
[Dicefoot yowled, leaping out towards Ravenpaw with hungry eyes.]

[Serpentfang purred with joy as her nose touched Raenpaw's little nose. Her eyes filled with pride for the little apprentice.] "Serpentfang just KNOWS you will be a great warrior some day Ravenpaw!! Serpentfang has yet to even start your training and she is already proud of you!" [She turned her joyous expression to Galestar.] "Thank you Galestar." [She purred and rubbed up against him with love for her noble leader and former mentor. Now she too could carry on his teachings and spread them through Breezeclan. As Pebblehear joined them up on the high branch and was announced Deputy She cheered her name along with the others, showing her trust and joy to the new deputy of Breezeclan. She turned to look back at her little apprentice when a sudden shock of fear stabbed deep into her heart. From across the clan Dicefoot watched Ravenpaw with hungry eyes. When she lunged Serpentfang let out a wild roar and tackled her roughly to the ground. Her loving eyes were now merciless and cruel, that of a venomous snake ready to swallow its pray whole.] "Dont you DARE touch her!!!" [She snarled, digging her hooked claws deep int Dicefoot's flesh!] "Serpentfang will rip you to pieces slowly and be sure you live through it if you even LOOK in her direction again! Got it!!" [She slammed her as hard as possible onto the ground for Ephesians to be sure to get her point across that she was not fooling around. Her body shook with the desire for blood ant to protect her beloved apprentice and clan from harm, from her.]

F o r what is it to die, but to stand in the sun..._____________________________[Galestar listened with growing concern as Spadestripe spoke, his eyes growing wide with horror. He saw her suddenly whip her head around and followed her gaze.
His heart froze.
He felt the air slowly blow against his body and was frozen in shock. He didn't even hear what the intruder was rambling about. He could sense it- the madness. It was the same. The same as...
Dicefoot leapt at Ravenpaw, and Galestar felt time slow down. Dicepaw's paw gently landed on the earth, spraying up little specks of dirt that flew into the air. Spadestripe was running slowly, too, out in front of Ravenpaw.
Something snapped.
Galestar's feet moved for him.
He leapt over Spadestripe as she jumped in front of Ravenpaw and he skidded to a stop as Serpentfang leapt in front.
The other Clan cats surged forward, but he shrieked.]
"STAY BACK!"
[Panting, his fur fluffed out and rippled wildly. He snarled at Dicefoot, his icey eyes glowing with rage.]
"How dare you return here!" he shrieked. "I banished you from here, never to return! You dare injure a BreezeClan member? You dare to come here? You dare to attack MY clanmate, MY kit? I won't give you the TIME to DARE to even BREATHE!"
[Galestar yowled in fury and barreled into the spotted warrior, mercilessly fighting her with a strength he never knew he had.]

(Dicefoot was barreled into, hurtling across the clearing into a nearby tree.)
"This is home! They told me to return home! THIS IS HOME!"
(Dicefoot mewed, between slams of her former clanmates.)
"I'm sorry..."
(Dicefoot felt claws penetrate her skin.)
"I'm sorry..."
(Dicefoot stared at the apprentice, Ravenpaw, with mixture of hate and fear in her eyes.)
"I'm sorry..."
(Dicefoot kept repeating her words, until she finally fell down into a collapsing heap, scampering towards the edge. She breathed shagged breaths and coughed up blood onto the ground. She stood, panting and struggling to breathe. Things fell still for a moment before Dicefoot sat in place, curling her tail over her paws.)
"Spadestripe, you'll remember this song..."
And you'll remember it well.
(Dicefoot raised her head, eying Ravenpaw the whole time.)
"Ring around the rosie...."
(Spadestripe let out a shriek, covering her ears.)
"A pocket full of posies..."
(Dicefoot stared at Galestar.)
"Ashes, Ashes...We all fall down!"
(Dicefoot looked at Spadestripe.)
"What I will never understand...Is why YOU don't fall down. I thought you'd understand by now...that you need to fall before I will. Sisters fall together."

[Serpentfang's distrust for Dicefoot was clearly reflected in her eyes. Somehow she doubted she just wanted to play with her apprentice. She snarled showing her long snake like fangs as she paced between Dicefoot and Ravenpaw, making a wall between them.] "You cannot touch her! Leave Dicefoot. You are not welcome. Not after you tried to kill Spadestripe." [She glared at her, afraid to turn her back. She looked over at Gaestar, signaling to keep a close eye on the monster. She turned for a second and picked Ravenpaw in her fanged jaws and backed away. Her tail whipped aggressively as she padded fearhter and fearther with the prize of Dicefoot's eyes in her jaws.] "Come Ravenpaw. You need to get away from here. That is Dicefoot. Once a good freind of Serpentfang, but now.... you cannot turn your back on her."

The living nightmare ~=============================================~ [Hauntednight could barely move, he was to happy to see Serpentfang, Dicefoot, Spadestripe, Ravenpaw, and Galestar fighting. He ran hurriedly to his mate Pebbleheart and gave her fierce, loving licks.] "I'm so happy Pebbleheart...your deputy now! And soon when your kits are born I'll tell them all about it! It's going to b-," [Hauntednight stopped when he heard Galestar yowl rang through the camp. He sat beside his mate, his orange eyes hardening.] What's happening...has Breezeclan gone bad to worst? No... [It only took Hauntednight a few heartbeats to see what was before him. He tried to ignore it, but couldn't. His eyes stared wildly at the five cats in the clearing, seeing what would happen next.] ~=============================================~

"No they don't," he snarled. "I'll tell you who falls. Cats who lose their insanity. Cats who fall astray. Cats who think that history can repeat itself."
[He fur fell flat suddenly, and he narrowed his eyes.]
"A long time ago, Dicefoot, I gave you a chance. A chance to become good. I believed in you. But you let yourself fall. You listened to the words of a dead witch whose insanity seeped into your soul."
[He glared at her.]
"History doesn't repeat itself, Dicefoot. Cats let it repeat itself. Cats who get so tempted to dwell on the past. Cats who can't let go. As long as you let the past control you, you'll never find your way back to the path."
[He could see it, deep inside. Beneath all the insanity and blackness, a tiny, almost microscopic light shuddered deep in her eyes. But the blackness choked it deep within those emerald depths.]
"Tell me," he hissed at her, "tell me why I shouldn't rip your throat out where you stand. If you can answer me, I'll let you live for the pain you've caused."

(Dicefoot looked up at him, some light finally showing onto her eyes.)
"You want to know why I've fallen, Galestar? Okay. I'll tell."
(Dicefoot's paws were covered in blood she had coughed up, she stared intensely at them.)
"None of you really trusted me...as a friend, clanmate, even as a kit!"
(She looked around camp with one eye.)
"but most of you aren't here or don't remember the story...None of you trusted me, except my sister...but I wanted more. I wanted friendship! I wanted my mother to stop looking at me with worry and think, 'oh, what will i do, she's going to murder someone, i know it!'. That's all I really wanted! Cloverpaw hated me, Doveflight couldn't bear to call me her daughter, NOBODY EVEN SMILED AT ME!"
(She ground her claws into the earth.)
"But someone finally did show up...Someone who cared and loved me more than my own mother. Yes, that person was Dewstar....She taught me vile and gory things...but I didn't know better, Doveflight never bothered to teach me about that, and it's a miracle cometstream was able to bear with me...I trusted the one person who I felt love me with all my heart...and when things went right, and I thought I didn't need dewstar, but nooooo, Doveflight got rabies and tried to KILL me! I protected Spadestripe then, because she cared for me..."
(She turned to spadestripe.)
"Y-You remember that, right?"
(Spadestripe nodded, pinning her ears back as she listened.)
"No toms gave a mouse-tail about me, no matter where I went. I wanted love, and the only person I learned love from was Dewstar, so I followed her orders..."
(Dicefoot, at this point, was trembling horribly.)
"I listened to her every word, because...because it made a part of me feel...complete, in some way. I don't know, it just somehow all made sense whenever I did what she told me to do..."
(Dicefoot sighed.)
"It's like...there was a small part of me, a very small and innocence part...that still wanted Spadestripe alive."
(She looked up at Galestar, eyes brimming with tears.)
"But when I did what Dewstar told me to do...Cometstream died. I didn't want her dead! I didn't kill her! She risked her own life! Then...I hoped, maybe Spadestripe would understand."
(Dicefoot's voice seemed to turn back to its normal dark state after explaining.)
"But she didn't. She blamed ME! She showed me hate and said she never wanted to see me again...Her and the rest of you hated me! HATED ME! Because you all blamed me for something I DIDN'T DO! Now I can never expect Spadestripe to love me anymore...She lost all love in me and now she talks to pepperpaw so much I can't even greet her...So I wanted her dead."
(Dicefoot's tail tip twitched irritably.)
"I didn't know if it was right or wrong...the only thing I ever learned about death is that it's easy and quick...and I didn't want her to suffer for so long. I just..."
(Dicefoot didn't finish her sentence, and got up. She pointed her nose to Ravenpaw.)
"The reason I wanted to play with you so badly is because in you I saw myself...I only got my soul tortured more with time. Time didn't heal me, it made the wounds deeper and more painful, until eventually I had to scream. Only Dewstar and sometimes Forsaken would help me...they were the only ones who cared...It didn't matter if they actually loved me! Even if their love was fake, it was enough..."
(Dicefoot lowered her gaze, ashamed of how pitiful she was making herself look.)
"Seaclan hated my guts. Nobody likes me. Not you, Galestar, not my sister, my mother hated me for sure..."
(Dicefoot looked at her leader with weary eyes.)
"I was lost on a path and only the wrong side told me where to go. I guess I also...had hope that If I came back, I could love Spadestripe's kits like I wish Doveflight would've...and maybe, If i returned, they would love me too."
(Dicefoot finished.)
"That's all I have to say..."
{{WOOOOGUILTYMUCH? It was fun making Dicefoot tell her battered story. She's oh-so misunderstood. Just one love....would've changed it all.

[ As Serpentfang carried Ravenpaw away she stopped in her tracks as Dicefoot told her tragic tail. Serpentfang had not known the warrior her entire life, only when she was brought her against her will by poachers many moons ago.] S... Serpentfang never knew.... [Slowly she turned to face Dicefoot, to see the pent up pain overflowing in her eyes. It was painfully to look at. Almost as if she could feel the same. She looked down at her paws.] "... Dicefoot. Serpentfang did love you. You were one of the first cats she met when she was lost and alone. Serpent only regrets..." [She struggled not to let her pain overflow, but it fought desperately to escape.] "Her only regret is that she did not notice, that she was not here. She is sorry..." [Her body began to tremble at the though. She had never known, Dicefoot always seemed aloof but she never understood.] Why didnt Serpentfang see it sooner!!! She always claims she would do anything for her clan yet something like this goes right under her nose and she never ONCE thought anything of it!! WHY!?
