"Actually I think I have a more entertaining idea." Dimitris smirked and ran into the kitchen before a slight grinding noise rang off and quickly stopped. The fox wheeled in a grill behind the counter and grinned swaying his tail. "Line up at the counter everyone,fresh made sushi cutlets served; flipped right the grill sound interesting enough?"

Leaning on the counter Tae frowned, but in a playful manner.
"Guess this means I won't be cooking for everyone?" he pouted.

Laz flicked his ears.
" I don't mind what it is, as long as it tastes good. Plus I'm hungry. At this moment, anything would be good, long as its not tofu."
He reared up and leaned on the counter, tail curled up in a 's', and tapped clawed fingers against the surface.

"Sounds like a plan!" Rocky sat up and materialized a few platters for everyone "Yay for food!"

"SUSHIIIII!" Mahewa squealed. "I love sushi! But...I thought you don't use a grill?"

"I saw this at a Japanese restaurant where the chef cooks at the table then flips the cooked food off the frill and into the person's mouth. And it is a big grill so yeah Tae you can cook and I can flip. Almost like a game hehe." Dimitris chuckled and turned the grill on as the plates reached everyone at the counter. "You up for it Tae?" his ears twitched slightly hoping he would have some fun with this little game.

Drew murred happily, happily a good love of sushi, "Mmm... Sushi... Gah, some vegetarian I am..." He pouted some, ears twitching before he licked over Felix, "You're a kitty, I bet you love~ sushi." He snickered a bit, just trying to tease the feline.

" sushi sounds good, long as its more on the fish side than the seaweed side... I prefer more meat than vegtables, but anything would be good right now."
Laz clicked his beak quietly as he leaned on the counter, and tried to ignore his growling stomach.

"Ooh, count me in on this game!" Mahewa chimed in, licking her lips. "I don't mind about the meat-to-vegetable ratio, as long as it's sushi!"

Laz looked at Mahewa, and chuckled at her enthusiasm; To him, food was food. Tasty food he'd prefer, but what exactly it was didn't matter to him.

Kai sat down next to Mahewa "Count me in" he said, putting a paw to his rumbling stomach. "I'm starving".
(Sorry about the lack of posting *bows* I have extremely limited net access right now and I don't know when I have it back yet).

( Understandable. Not all of us have reliable access. I used to be in your boat, so you'll get no beef from me. also, at least you warned us first.)
Lazurkri couldn't remember the last time he'd smelt roasting fish; three years ago, at that transit hub near pegasus station? no, longer than that.... could it have been on the homeworld?
he wasn't sure, but the smell brought back fond memories, and he, regretfully, pulled himself ot of the flashbacks, and breathed in deeply, savoring the smell.

"Ok who wants to sample first?" He asked flipping the fish over on the grill plate and making a quick dice as an aroma filled the room as much as the sizzling sound of the pinking meat. "Seems like we have a few hungry faces in the wait huh?"
