Well considering that on the first page there's some sort of "force" called the "Latinian Spear/Shield" or whatever.. I'm sure that counts as a military.

This is true. However, as I understand it they function more as a city guard than a military force.
Though with the fact that they're using spears and shields, there probably aren't fighter jets laying around. Maybe you could go raid one from a Mafia/Bakery/Fight Club/Gundam Military Base thread.

Consiering the fact that Reiko can juggle all the planets in the universe with just his right arm and pecs (but not his left cause he has a condition) ..
I'd say a weapon for him is unnecessary muscle.

This god damned hurricane is taking forever to start.
I just want it to get over with so I can go to my friends house, then get on the freaking bus to go shopping....
Plus, it's really messing up my mood and body.
I feel way too lethargic for a fifteen year old ball of energy.
