Adam was down to the second level, before he spotted a small pokemon glowing with heat. "Awww... How cute!" Why and/or Adam found a slugma cute is unknown.
"Let's go Jack, Watergun!" The buizel fired a stream of water at slugma, causing the pokemon's magma body to send steam into the air. the weakened Slugma tried ember, flinging small fires off it's own body at Jack.
"Try Aqua jet!" Adam called, and the buizel obeyed, encasing itself in water before charging slugma. The Slugma took the attack, getting knocked out.
"Aww man... I wanted to catch it..." Adam sighed, walking further down to catch up with the others. Maybe he'd run into another one...

Tommy cringes as he heard a crack. "Ooohhh... ow. GET 'EM SAMMY!" Tommy yells.

x-cupids arrow-x The Numel stared at Sammy, knowing a battle would unfold. She released Hiro, her Omanyte. “Do good, Hiro!” Sammy called. Numel started out by shooting a small Ember at Hiro, scorching his shell but not doing much damage at all. Hiro lifted his tentacles up, signaling a challenge, and shot a speedy Water Gun at the fire type. It stumbled back to the tunnel walls, hurt by the water. It gasped for breath, obviously almost out already. It used Secret Power, causing a bunch of rocks to fall down on Hiro’s head. He stumbled, rubbing his head. He now had a headache. Hiro, deciding to end this, lunged forward with a vicious Bite. Numel was bitten on the leg, and raced out of the cave, defeated. “Yaaaaay Hiro~” she called, hugging her pokemon before returning him. She then turned around, holding her back. “Uuuugh, my back…” she moaned, slumping to one side. Blade is already prepared for Sammy to get back on his back. "Are you okay?"

Sammy nodded a bit, holding her back and pushing out her stomach as if she was pregnant. "I'll just get Troy to punch me when we get back," she said, walking forward. "Shall we continue?" she questioned.

"Shall we continue?" she questioned. Blade mutters, looking into the distance to see a staircase. He makes his way over to it.

Adam turned around, having wondered off away from the group aways. He jogged back up the tunnel. All fun and games till a pokemon breaks someone's back... he smiled as Sammy toughed it out, walking on along.

Blade stares at Sammy, sarcastically giving a look like 'Don't ask such questions'. These kind of places never make sense. "I guess the Pokemon here on in will be stronger..." He states, making his way down the stairs.

Sammy followed again, running her hand against the wall as they walked. "Mmmm, such a pretty cave~" she said.

Tommy followed the group down the stairs to the third basement floor. As he's walking, he sees a Slugma. "want that one Adam?" he asked Adam when he caught up. Just then, a Charmander comes in and Scratched Tommy's ribs. "Ugh, my Kidney!" he spluttered as he fell to his knees. After a little laughing from the Charmander, Tommy looked up to the little Charmander, and locking gazes with it... "just kidding~" he chimed as he held his side. This angered the fire lizard a bit. Tommy sent out Treecko, and a battle unfolded.

Blade was already bored of the cave. He wipes some sweat from his forehead.
"You guys wanna hurry up and find what's at the bottom?"

Sammy nodded, looking at Blade then Tommy. "We should wait, though," She said, deciding to take a break and lean against the wall of the cave. She sighed painfully, regretting not watching her back.

"It's not the same..." Adam said to Tommy, "Me and that slugma had something special..." He was joking of course, and stepped up to the slugma, this one was smaller than the last.
"Alright Jack, same approach! Water gun!" He called, the buizel firing out water at the slugma, only for it to-
"Miss? what the- It's moving at like two feet a second!" He yelled, as the Slugma used rock throw, causing minimal damage to Buizel.
"Water gun again!" This time the attack hit, excess water turning to steam as the slugma fell into near-KO range, it's flames dimming slighty.
Adam threw a pokeball at it, encasing the pokemon in red light. Three little wiggles and...
"Good job Jack!" Adam called, picking up the ball. Jackj barked happily, wagging it's tails.

Sammy shook her head. She then gave him a questioning look. "You get embarassed by me saying your cute, and yet you'd give me a massage? Your priorities are soooo messed up," she snickered, looking over at Adam. "Good catch! Although Slugma are a bit... odd..." she snickered.
