The DT grants wishes that are only in their power, though they have connections to the demon world and other stuff to grant some pretty wild wishes. You can wish someone or some people dead (family size or gang size, or even city size), and the DT will hire someone or something to do that for them. The usual wishes are money, power, and other stuff, materialistic.
But wishing someone dead is a waste of a wish.

It was the perfect plan.. (Dramatic rift.) You end up with the same amount of wishes had you just let them stay dead and you would've ended up with even more wishes if you didn't wish them into bombs.
