Hajime watched the boy try to rotate. "You call that a rotation?" That other one and his friends were out of range, but this would demonstrate Hajime's power. Hajime brought his body into the position for rotation. "Eight trigrams, heavenly spin!" hajime began spinning wildly, faster than most could stand, and performed Daitoppa. The blast would blast the buildings near them, many of them would suffer structural damage. But Hajime's mind was only on proving that he was the superior Hyuuga, and killing this boy.
Futon: Daitoppa (Wind Release: Great Breakthrough)
The user sends out a powerful explosion of wind, which can easily level almost an entire area. It is known that a variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame, making it stronger and more damaging to the target.

Damage: 25 - 60
Requirements: Level 7+, Wind Affinity, must know at least one flame jutsu before learning the flame combination
Training days: 5 days for basic technique / 1 day for flame combination.
Special: If combined with a flame jutsu, add 35 damage to the result.

((Irihi didn't use rotation. He had to wait for an attack to come. To train Hakkesho Kaiten properly, one learns by applying it defensively. Using it offensively comes naturally in normal battles.))

Before Megumi could stop him or reprimand him for being foolish, Irihi did rush protectively in front of his sensei...a sudden sphere of flaring blue chakra will prevent what was of the Daitoppa technique in front of him from passing. Sure, overhead and around the Daitoppa did its allotted damage but behind the very straight line of Irihi's Hakkesho Kaiten, that line of area was untouched.
While the sphere was smaller than a normal Kaiten, surely, but Irihi was able to control it better, hence Megumi not getting hit. Hopefully, the Jounin will get a good idea to dodge by then because the chakra field widened suddenly, like an engulfing vortex, before a terrific explosion, reminiscent of a miniature bomb, resounded through the area. Hajime was not so fortunate, in the course of Irihi's range and will be sent violently crashing through an empty fruit stand, back breaking the wood racks and the apples, bananas, and oranges scattering...some rolling across the pavement and others sent flying into the air.
He wasn't done. Perhaps Kokuyoku had possessed him again but with an almost lurid malice, his hands flew through the seals for the Goukakyuu no Jutsu technique. The perfect Kaiten was a vicious thing to face head on and even as Hajime was sent flying...Irihi knew that man will be temporarily rendered unable to react counter-offensively, and will not be able to dodge well the ensuing flames. All this, performed quickly enough to take advantage of the remainder of the Daitoppa technique, igniting a furious fireball, more giant that what Irihi could've normally produced, engulfed where that stand once stood.
He might not be stronger in terms of brute strength but just as he had displayed in the brief spar against Megumi, a brilliant boy that knew well how to use his brain...perhaps in a manner even a Nara would envy.

Being blown off his feet in normal hand-to-hand combat means Hajime loses all Dex bonus to DB. But since it's a Ninjutsu technique, the one used in question here is Rex. Same should apply? O.o

Hajime was blasted back and crashed through a wooden food stall. The air still spun around him from his rotation, and the center of pressure was still around him. The flames came soon after, following the path created by the oxygen clapping back around him. He let loose a scream of agony as his jacket and shirt were melted and burned, the flames wrapping around him in the destroyed stall. Suddenly he went quiet, and the fire's crackling was the only sound as they opened and revealed him laying on the wreckage. He stumbled to his feet, laughing. All of his 'cursed seals' exposed now, save for the ones on his legs and feet. His hair had even been burnt by the flames, and the burnt ends didn't cover his caged bird. His sunglasses were nowhere to be found, and... He was laughing. It was the laugh of a madman, and Hajime definitely fit the card.

Megumi, who had retained the original body, counted her fingers, a small purple ball of flame forming on each of the five on her right hand. She held up her right hand, and ran towards Hajime, hoping to strike his stomach, at the center of his chakra system while he was still unable to move. Cutting off his chakra would devastate that amazing power behind his style of taijutsu. She only spoke the name of the technique so that Irihi could understand exactly what she was doing. Gogyou Fuuin no jutsu! jumping back, all three clones would form simultaneous handseals, and suddenly each would duplicate itself three more times, And four of them would draw their swords. "Mikazuki no mai! REUNION!" The chorus of twelve Megumi's echoed through the street, and all twelve danced toward the waiting Hajime in a near impossible to follow graceful confusion. It seemed like all of them were acutely aware of their partner's presences, and Hajime was drawn, standing, into a maelstrom of flashing blades.
Gogyou Fuuin (Five Elements Seal)
The user forms an elemental seal on each of his fingers, one for each of the following five "elements": water, metal, earth, fire and wood. He uses this odd numbered seal to disrupt the effects of the even numbered Shishou Fuuin. The Gogyou Fuuin disrupts the ninja's ability to control his chakra.

When the smoke cleared, and all twelve of the Megumi's jumped back, Hajime was left standing, his body littered with dozens of slashes from a dozen katanas. His face was left untouched, both out of respect and for identification purposes. Hajime Shuuryou remained standing, his arms out to his sides slightly, as if he was a messiah. The fire behind him was burning brightly, and it might have looked as if he was standing before the gates of Heaven themselves. A small tear fell down his cheek, and they knew that he would at least die a sane man. "I just... Wanted... A friend..." His body almost fell completely apart, and he lay on the street in a bloody heap.

All of the Megumi's were in considerable pain. They were all created after the initial hit from Hajime, and for Megumi's unstable condition, that was all it took. A coppery tang filled his/her mouth, and swallowing became more and more difficult. Finally, Megumi took a larger swallow, and his/her throat closed at the thought. All of the clones disappeared as Megumi fell into a coughing fit. His/her jacket fell from its perch on Megumi's shoulders, and Megumi was on his/her knees clutching his/her stomach, trying to get control over the everyday task of breathing. You imbecile! How long has it been? You've been doing this for years now, why can't you remember the simplest of things!? Are you two trying to kill all of us?

Itonami shunshin'd onto the site. It seems she had arrived a little too late. There was a human head resting on a pile of human flesh and severed bone that she assumed had once been Hajime Shuuryou. She quickly analyzed the situation, and realized that of the top priority was Megumi Matsumoto, whom she'd been acquainted with before on the occasions that he/she had come into the hospital for whatever reason. And Megumi's cases had always needed to be handled with special care, to the point where very few doctors had ever been in the same room alone with him/her.
Itonami recognized the symptoms, and had her suspicions as to the cause. Megumi wasn't one to often forget his/her medication, but no one is perfect, it seems. Kneeling down, Itonami reached into Megumi's inside pocket, extracting a small, triangular packet of powder, similar in appearance to some heavily pedaled types of opium. Itonami knew very well Megumi's habits, and reached to the hidden pocket in Megumi's sleeve, recovering the meat that was stashed there. Just as Ito had thought, the steak was completely untouched. Megumi was unconscious on his/her knees, and Ito took a small section of the meat, making a small bowl with her thumb and pouring the powder into the depression. Placing the pill inside it, Ito slipped the meat into Megumi's mouth, leaving the top open so that it could get far enough past her throat that it could be absorbed. The powder would relax the throat, and the painkiller would relax the rest of Megumi, giving his/her medicine time to take effect. The meat would ensure that there was at least something in Megumi's stomach, and would keep the medicine from sticking to anything on the way down.
Itonami didn't see any other damage, and picked the small, limp frame of the jounin off of the ground, looking at Irihi. "Don't worry about filing any reports officially. Someone will come soon, hopefully an ANBU, and you can tell them what happened. Megumi will be at the hospital." Noticing the headband, and the path the destruction had left unharmed, Ito pieced together that this must be Irihi, the Inuzuka/Hyuuga 'mutt.' The last genin remaining of Megumi's students. She looked at Hajime, or what was left of him. The head looked oddly human, sitting perfectly perched on the pile of flesh. it was a clean horizontal strike, and it took part of the brain stem with it. He had died painlessly. Just like Megumi to take pity on him. "That b*****d got less than what he deserved. You can visit her soon." A small thorn broke through the back of Ito's hand, but she restrained the beast within her, reminding herself that the blood was not fresh, and that she couldn't touch the body anyway. Visions of Hajime's first kill flashed through her mind. He really was a monster. She turned and disappeared, running full-speed to the hospital.

Lula walked through the village. She passed a lot of things, but she was focused on getting to the armory. She wanted some new toys, and that was the only place she could think of to get them. She took off running past the stadium and around the corner, wanting to get there as quickly as possible. There wasn't going to be anything getting in her way. She ahd more than enough money to get whatever she wanted. Of course, she couldn't really stop anyone from stopping her from purchasing them... She was only a student, anyway...

Lula walked through the village, getting weird looks as a person carrying four fuuma shuriken through the streets. Especially when she turned the corner and started running past the Hyuuga complex. She was definitely eager to get home. She had an idea, and she wanted to try it before she was forced to wear a *gag* backpack. There was an uncommon sense of urgency in her step, like she was going to up and forget it. She continued running until she entered the housing area. Let's go, let's go!

Lula was only out on a 'supply run'... She, in fact had absolutely nothing to do, but she wanted to take a break form training, if only for the fact that she was going to get tired of getting everything so easily... She was taking a walk to clear her head... She walked into the library for a book she had reserved... (yes, I know there's a library thread, but let's just say it wasn't exactly that library ninja ) She walked out of the place carrying a small black bag, and started walking home, turning heads from every direction. She wasn't dressed in much, after all... She smiled devilishly.

Lula walked through the village, turning even more heads than normal. She was even more distracting now: both beautiful and deadly. But she was completely distracted herself, reading a nondescript book in a black book cover. The giant fuuma shuriken on her back seemed almost natural, despite being huge compared to her. She was lost in the book, wandering toward the meadow. She didn't care if anyone tried to stop her, or even to jump her, they wouldn't survive the fight. She was glad that she knew that. Even if the village didn't recognize her as a shinobi, she was still a ninja in her own right. She paced off to the meadows for more shuriken practice.
