"I'm not happy about his habits." Raven states. She climbs into the car and unlocks Corri's door for him. "And I make fun of the fake accent." she smiles. "They let me stay over, in Billy's room, almost every weekend."

"I suppose they didn't really care about me though... and I guess I didn't care about myself enough, letting them have it..." she doesn't turn on any lights, instead closing and locking the door behind her and leading Corri through the empty hallways toward her bedroom.

That totally wasn't what Corri meant, but that's ok, "Everybody does things that in retrospect maybe they shouldn't have. At least now you look at that situation clearly, and can do things differently, right?"
