Viren caught Ashley's punch with his other hand and brought up a knee to her gut.

Ashley coughed a little as Viren's knee hit her gut. She let go of Viren's hand and put her hand to her gut and fell to her knees "Oww..." she said.

"Yep...." Ashley said with a smile as she took Viren's hand and stood up, she took a deep breath and removed her hand from her gut and took her stance again, her gut stung a little, but that was it.
