Katasaku gave him a blank expression and shrugged,clearly stating the fact that he had no idea who the the man was. He wasn't even sure if it could even be classified as a man.Katasaku pointed off to the west,closing his eyes. "It retreated that way."

It was far too dangerous to fly at night even though like all of the people of the light, he shone like a small sun in the darkness. He was somewhere in the forest by the lightning and air kingdoms. Although he could feel something dark around him. The shadows hold many things. Some that are very dangerous. He glanced around once more and continued toward the light kingdom.

The howl of a wolf pierced through the night sky,shattering the silence of the calm forest. Katasaku stirred awake as his weary eyes slowly creaked open.He blinked a few times,trying to make the hazy view of sleep fade from his eyes. Soon the surrounding trees came into focus,strangely illuminated by the moon overhead.Placing his hands upon the cold earth he attempts to push himself up to his feet.As he put pressure on his left arm it seemed like a wave of pain trickled up his nerves into his brain,causing him to clutch his wounded arm with his free hand.His hand curled tightly into a fist,attempting to force the pain out.
Forcing himself up to his feet he glanced about.The forest seemed empty,give or take the dancing shadows of the trees as they swayed in the midnight breeze. Katasaku bit the bullet and thrust himself up into the air above the tree tops,casually letting himself drift on the breeze.His eyes searched the dense forest for a break in the trees,any area he could build a fire in without the dangers of igniting the surrounding terrain. His eyes fixed upon a barren patch of grass with patches of flowers scattered here and there. He let himself drop from the breeze to the ground,landing in the small field.
He reached into a satchel at his side,pulling out a single black glove. It looked rather thick and rough,the material making an unpleasent scratching noise as he delicately pulled it on over his hand.He gathered some sticks and twigs into a neat pile and took in a deep breath. 'Let's hope this works..' Taking his right hand,he gently swished it back and forth in the air,forming a small breeze.With a flick of his wrist a strange gas seemed to quietly hiss out from an unknown location in his sleeve.Holding his other gloved hand up to the fire,he quickly ran his fingers across the course palm of the glove,causing many sparks to flash out. At the same exact time Katasaku brought his other hand in close,using the plentiful amount of concentrated oxygen and the strange gas to combust the sparks into a flame,igniting the twigs below.He pulled up some brush and compressed it into something worth of sleeping on and layed down,gazing off into the dancing flames.He peeled the strange glove off,placing it back into his satchel.Yawning slightly,he rose his right hand and started to wave it through the air in small movements,causing the flames to dance to his will upon the gentle breeze he was manipulating.

He had been walking for a few hours now and hadn't seen anyone since he left the lightning kingdom.
"Seth! There's someone up there in that clearing." Avierdo called.
After a few minutes Seth noticed the red glow of a camp fire. When he reached the outskirts of the clearing he saw a man sleeping next to the fire. He didn't know what kingdom he came from but he could see the pool of blood next to him.
"Hello? Are you okay?" he said.

Katasaku didn't even bother to move. He sat motionless,staring into the fire. "Never better." His arms dropped back down to his side as his gaze slowly shifted towards the direction the voice had come from. All Katasaku could see were shadows due to his eyes being adjusted to the light given off by the flame. Anything outside the circle of illumination was pure darkness to him at the moment.

Keira had been hiding in a tree, waiting for the right moment to strike. She had a bow and arrow again, but the two creatures were moving too damn fast! She didn't have a scope, so unless they stopped moving for a minute, she couldn't be sure if she hit the bad guy or the good guy. Just as her thought passed, the good guy lept into the air, told the shadow dude something, then all of a sudden, she felt movement beneith her feet. The tree was falling!! Keira attempted to jump away, but the branches and leaves caught her, ending up leaving her entwined. Weak and sore, Keira just laid there. "Rima," She called weakly. "Go get help..." Keira's world went black as Rima sprinted off to find somebody to help.

Katasaku's head cocked to the side as he heard something running through the bush. A small fox burst out into the clearing,staring at Katasaku.Slowly he rose to his feet,staring down the fox. He had seen it before somewhere. 'The girl!' Katasaku slapped his forehead. 'Of course it is.' The fox turned about and headed back the way it came. Katasaku shrugged and darted through the bush after it.
It seemed to be leading him back to where he had engaged the shadowy fiend from earlier.Reaching the area he noticed something pale in the moonlight sitting underneath the tree that had fallen.Casually he made his way up,realizing that it was in fact the girl from earlier.Katasaku swished his arm in front of him in a lazy arc before thrusting his palm out towards the tree.It was enough to send the tree across the clearing,smashing into another tree and splintering it in half.He knelt down next to the girl and rolled her over.Grabbing her wrist he checked for a pulse.It was faint,but it was there.He carfully lifted her up onto his shoulder and glanced over towards the small fox. "Hmmph,come here."The fox growled slightly,but slowly wandered its way over to Katasaku. Reaching down he grabbed the fox by the scruff of the neck and bounded into the air once again.
It only took a few moments,but soon enough Katasaku arrived back at his encampment.He dropped the Fox onto the ground and placed the girl upon the bedding he had made from brush.Finally he sank to the ground,his gaze fixing back upon the fire once again.

Rima shook herself out and laid beside Keira, nuzzling her head. The white creature looked up at Katasaku and seemed to nod, almost as if thanking him. Though she wasn't too thrilled about being grabed by the scruff of her neck. Keira, now that she didn't have all of the pressure upon her, began to wake, slowly opening her eyes, first knowing Rima was by her side. She looked to the glowing face of a man, the same one that she had tried hard to protect. Just showed how strong she was. She probably couldn't protect a mosquito. Keira sighed and looked at the dancing flames.

Leo had fallen asleep and forgot about everything. Slowly he awoke to see te boy still at the fire accompanied by two others. He jumped down from the tree hoping to give them a scare. "Hello I know you must be going through a state of trauma right now but I'd like to ask you some questions." He said this as more of a command then a question.

"On what grounds?" Keira mumbled, strangley enough,weakas she felt, her voice was still strong as ever. The only problem was that she sounded like she wanted to gouge out the man's eyes.

Katasaku's gaze remained fixed upon the flames. "Awake now I presume? Feeling alright?" He reached down and slowly started to unwrap the shredded cloth he had tied around his arm. The entire length had been drenched and now it was only a festering slab of dried,infected blood.His teeth grinded together as he flexed his arm slightly,watching as the shredded muscle tissue within his arm contracted and expanded with each flex. 'Hmmph..that's no good.'

Keira mumbled a yes, then Rima stood up when Katasaku pulled off his bandages. Rima sat next to his arm and looked up at him, one of Keira's crystals in her mouth.
"She wants to help you, but you have to hold still." Keira explained.
((I think I'm gonna head to bed. It's half past Midnight. G'night.))

Katasaku stared down at the fox. "I've suffered far worse.You need not waste your resources on the likes of me." He leaned back,placing his head upon the ground. "If anything it should be healing you,miss. You're the one who was trapped underneath a tree."
