Soy was back in the spring before the minute was up, the woman letting her ki abilities push her faster through the tunnels then before. And like that she surfaced, to where she would meet Kenryoku.
The woman pulled herself up, soaking wet, as she stared back into the outlet, waiting to see whether the demons or her friend would shortly follow.
"C'mon Ken..." she whispered, looking around anxiously.

Kenryoku and his son ran as quickly as possible.
"The water outlet should be around the next corner." the elder Daemon said, urging Aoikage on ahead of him.
Suddenly however, Demons leapt from the ceiling, landing upon the Half-Elf and pinning him to the ground.
Aoikage turned, shouting, "Otosan!"
Kenryoku's wings emerged, trying to bat away the Demons, "Run, sochi!!! Head back through the water and give Soy Nitron this!" he shouted, tossing the time machine capsule to the boy.
His son faltered, but he caught the capsule, "I won't leave without you! You risked everything to save me!"
"And I'll risk more!" Kenryoku shouted, forcing the Demons to rethink their strategy of attack as they surrounded the elder Daemon.
"GO!"
And, with one last look at his father, Aoikage dashed away.
The youth jumped into the water, letting is wings emerge to help propel him back to the outlet opening. Once there, he broke the surface, gasping for breath.

Sallia and Aera nodded rapidly, Sallia very enthusiastic about the beverage. "Oh my god, that smells SO good....Peaches, and jasmine, and ginger, and........Is that orange?" she asked, tilting her head. "By the color, I'd guess that you used either oolong, which would be a interesting pairing with the peach, or the green....Though perhaps it's white! Let's find out!"
"Agreed!" Aera nodded. "And we should make more for company! It'll be splendid, I promise!"

Leif laughed along with Ashuri, "I certainly will. Thank you again."
He laid down next to Maeve, brushing stray hairs from her face. He wondered what exactly had happened to her, that made the normally cheerful girl freak out so much when asked. However, this was a much more personal matter; he trusted Maeve to tel him when she was ready.
Outside the music played on.

Ashuri smiled, quietly closing the door to give the siblings some privacy.

Po-ar nodded, "Go ahead." he opened a portal, reaching inside and pulling out a piece of paper. "Here's the recipie."

Sallia cooed with delight, coddling the recipe as if it were some sacred treasure. "It's soooo delicious! Damn! You're really awesome. I'm Sallia, I think we met already, right?"
Aera just drank. Heavily.

The Watcher had seen the goings on of the night's events. He gazed fondly at the bed where he young queen lay, then out to the window where the boy king's melodic chord were drifting through.
He watched and waited, fingertips gently touching the two swords as he slowly paced the room. All in good time. But until then, he must wait. Just a little longer. Just a little longer

Lythia chuckled silently to herself at Sallia's outburst about the tea before beginning to pick up the plates that were still usable. With two stacks laid before her on the ground, she picked up one and followed through with her eyes on the other, emitting a soft glow on the stack. Soon, the elf was walking back into the kitchen with plates in her palms as well as a stack floating along in front of her at waist level. Both stacks she set on the counter for future washing, then turned once more to clean the food off the floor.

As Lythia did this, Bulma buisied herself with picking up the broken plates and cookware, and dumping them into the trash can.

Soy reached down and grabbed a hold of Aoikage's arms, helping to pull the youth from the water. When she looked back down, she didn't see Kenryoku within the depths of the outlet.
"Where is your father?" she asked, the sounds of the area awakening to the attack.

Aera decided that she should help Bulma, however; she rather liked this woman, perhaps more than many of the others. "I'LL HELP!" she cried zealously, tackling disposing of the broken diningroom table.
Sallia smiled up at Lythia. "I haven't met you yet either...--Here, I'll help too!" and the women began to make themselves useful. Sallia however kept glancing at the windows uncomfortably, almost paranoid.
"Don't worry, they're not around." Aera comforted her, patting the young woman on the shoulder. "You have some time left."
She smiled and nodded a little, cleaning up some of the fallen food.

"Arigato..." Bulma said, rather surprised at their enthusiasm.

Aoikage looked back to the water. "He... I don't know... Are you Soy Nitron?" he asked, turning and looking at her. "Otosan told me to give you this." the youth placed the time capsule in her hand. "We got attacked and he was holding them off..."

Soy looked at the capsule in her hand, her other hand moving back some coloured strands of hair from her face, a nervous act now.
"Is he not coming?"
Oh they were definitely running out of time.
