Nebride unlaced her arm from Gwendar's. "I'll be right back." She fell back to Gren and Togan. "Togan--why don't you joing Gwendar up there? I need to speak to Gren for a moment." She smiled at Togan's hestitation. "Do not worry Togan--he won't hurt you." Nebride waited until Togan had left them.
"I know what you must be thinking Gren." Nebride clasped her hands behind her back. "I---I truly think I love Gwendar. I know, after what we've been through with him, that is seems wrong---but I can't help it. I think it started when we first saw him. There was just something about his presence."

Nebride smiled back at Gren, happy that she understood. "Yes, something lonely. There was also a sadness there. I couldn't place it at first...but I realized I did know what it was."
She walked quietly beside Gren for a moment. "He lost a loved one, his wife. She was killed by his brother---sacrificed to the chaos daemon. So, he killed his brother. That is why he became a witch hunter."
Nebride turned to look at Gren. "Don't tell him I told you. I just wanted you to understand."

Nebride nodded. "Good, thank you Gren. You are....they best friend I have had in a long time." She watched carefully as Gwendar and Togan walked ahead of them.
"Poor Togan--he must be nervous around Gwendar. And poor Gwendar...he probably doesn't know what to say." Nebride shook her head. "Once we make camp I say we all sit down and talk. That way we become better aquanted."
"I think I still owe you some time naming the stares Gren. I can teach you the names and how to speak some of our language so you get along with my people well enough."

Nebride nodded. "You'll remember--it's actually not as hard as it sounds. It's quite easy. First, though--i really need to find my brother. I can't rest until I know he's gone from this earth."

Nebride slowed down walking. "Actually.....Do you remeber those spirits I sent out? When they find him, he will be compeled to stay in that spot. Maybe you an find him then?"

"One of them will come back to me and the others will stay there to keep him busy. They should find him by tomorrow...unless he's gained to abilities." Nebride shook her head. "I doubt it. Not even Jeroviah could do that."
