Pain had been so wrapped up in the kiss that he had forgotten how long it had been, and now that he thought about it, it was almost forever. His tounge ran along Passion's, pushing everything that he had into it since he didn't want to dissapoint, his pleasing personality coming out. He always tried so hard to please people, like Greed, and never seemed to get anywhere. It never dampened his spirits, since he was convinced that he could change him, like he could change Lust, and change Passion. Pain always ended up with the wrong ones, attracted to the wrong ones and unintentionally ignored the ones that could have been the best for him. It had been that way since he was little.
Pain flushed deeply when he heard Fever, and his tone, and quickly ripped his mouth away from Passion's. He flushed, feeling so horrible, and knew that Fever was upset with him. great. Another friend he was slowly driving away.
"Sorry.."
He said softly in such a heartfelt manner that he knew Fever could do nothing but believe him. He was geunine to a fault. But, he glanced to Fever as he selected his spot, oddly enough when he thought he would have chosen Passion without a doubt. Seemingly the emotions from a few seconds ago were gone, and he smiled as he looked over to Fever, and waited for him happily.

Fever flushed slightly, but he looked, if anything, determined. He moved closer to the other, though they were already rather close, and leaned forward to place a small kiss on his lips. And then another one, and another until his lips were slowly moving over the other's. It was very... different from Passion's kiss. It was slower, more subtle... And Fever didn't know if Pain could feel it, but his kiss contained a much more pure emotion than the wanton desires of Passion's kiss.

Pain smiled, not knowing what the other wanted, but he was sure that it was some kind of kiss. He didn't think that Fever would be one to want much more. He just..didn't see it from him. Passion, of course, though Fever didn't look as though he had anything even remotely sexual on his mind.
Pain lowered his lids, feeling the small kisses, which was something new to him. He was used to hungry, forceful kisses, not a light touch such as this. Not that he was complaining, it was just different. Pain smiled, allowing Fever to to his work, kissing him in return, trying to do it all in the same manner. It was hard for him, since emotions were something he didn't know if he could put in it, even if he did without even knowing. The kiss was mindblowing, not just sexual and good for his body. It was good for his mind as well.
Pain seperated from Fever after the need for air was overwhelming, and his eyes were slightly glazed. He flushed, but smiled, looking at Fever with a slight bit of confusion from what he felt, but was glad for it.

Fever flushed as he backed slightly off. But he didn't appologize for the kiss, as he usually might have done. He wasn't sorry for it -- it had felt good. But it had felt all too good in a way that told him just how dangerous his feelings were. Greed would kill him if he found out, Fever knew, but for the moment he didn't quite care.
Passion was next. His right foot landed on a red five -- Fever's. The blond flushed and barely had time to do anything but gawk as Passion descended upon him, his arms wrapping tightly around his waist, pulling him in close. Fever flushed deeply as he felt the other force his tongue inside his mouth. Fever had squeezed his eyes shut, fists balled up tightly against Passion's chest. He tollerated the kiss for several minutes, though he didn't look as if he were particularly enjoying it, before he used his conviniently located hands to push Passion off of himself. He was panting slightly, face a bright pink, as he hastilly turned away from his ebony-haired companion.
"You turn," Passion said to Pain, giving the boy a lazy grin.

[ argh i forgot if that was the color the ten was on, but...let's pretend >> ]
Pain smiled, a small giggle emitting from his lips. He was glad that fever looked as though he actually enjoyed it, because Pain had, and he didn't want to feel as though Fever was just doing it because he had to. Well, he had chosen him, hadn't he? That had to be at least a little boost to his ever sinking confidence. He felt rather giddy and happy, and forgot about Lust and Greed for the time being.
Pain watched, since his turn was after Passion's, as the underling swooped over and took Fever by storm and surprise. He watched, blinking as Fever seemed none too pleased by it, but he sighed. As if there was anything he could do, and it was the game. So, he just watched, even if it hurt, but jelous for who he didn't know. Fever? Passion? He sighed and rubbed his head. Far too confusing.
Pain nodded as he heard the hand on yellow, and he just glanced, moving his hand to the yellow with the ten, Passion's, and hadn't even really looked. He just glanced, not thinking anything of it. He had been trying to catch Fever's gaze, and thus moved without thinking. When he turned back, he blinked, gasping as he saw what he had gotten himself into. He flushed crimson, and grabbed his tail in his hands. He had a feeling that this was going to be far more than interesting.

Fever's jaw -- and his mood -- dropped as he saw Pain's hand reach out for Passion's yellow circle. The ten. He had thought... well, he had hoped that Pain would choose him. But that had been foolish, hadn't it? After all, Pain... seemed to like that kind of guy -- the kind that had no problem with flings, the type with no desire for any sort of emotional attatchment. After all, if Greed and Lust were the type at attracted Pain, Fever should have... he should have known that Pain would never choose someone like him. Still, he had been hoping that Pain would give up on that sort of person and maybe... start looking at... him. At Fever.
He turned away from the pair after offering them a small, distant smile. "Well, have fun, I suppose," he said falsely brightly. But with Fever it was hard to tell -- only Passion could tell just how horrible Fever was feeling inside, and only then because he knew. He knew that Fever had begun to develop some inconvenient feelings for Pain -- and Passion could read Fever's expression easily. Though the pair were polar opposites, they knew each other very well.
Passion grinned at Pain and gently reached out for the other's hand, which he brought up to his lips for a short kiss. "Should we head up to my room?" he asked with a smile. Fever's hands gripped the kitchen counter top tightly, needing every bit of control he had to keep himself from... from going over and doing... something. What it was he wanted to do, he did not know, but... but something. Deffinately something.

Pain's cheeks remained their red, flushed color. The entire thing had been a complete accident, since he had been trying to look to Fever, to say somethingm and just grabbed whatever yellow circle was closest to him to get it over with. He couldn't say that being with Passion wouldn't be fun, but his mind was screaming at him in rage. It was telling him over and over what an idiot he was, how he was going to hurt Fever, and Passion didn't have a rat's a** about him in the end, like Lust and Greed hadn't. He whimpered, and held his head softly, wanting the voices to stop. For his guilty mind to stop. He shivered slightly, but, then on the other hand, he knew Fever would never want a guy like him. The self confidence he lacked showed easily, and thus over and over he picked males that were absusive, or the ones that didn't care. Maybe it had been out of pure habit that he picked Passion.
Pain looked to Fever when he spoke, and sighed as the male almost looked..relieved. God was he oblivious. One would think that since Pain carried an air of false happiness around him that he could sense it in others, though he just couldn't. Pain was far too niave for his own good at times, even for a kid that had lived and fended for himself, and had to be older than he appeared. He played with the end of his tail, sighing softy. Oh how he wanted to be able to be with Fever, though he knew that the male felt nothing for him like that. They were friends, and couldn't be more. That was what drove him to guys like Passion easily. Pain glanced to Passion, nodding slowly, flushing as he felt the kiss on his warm skin.
"I'll meet you up there in a second, ok? You can..get things ready."
He said with a smile, giggling as he stood and brushed off his pants. When he was satisfied that Passion had headed upstairs he sighed, and looked over warily to Fever. From the way that Passion always hung off of Fever, he thought that they had something, and that it would make sense if Fever was upset because he wanted Passion. Pain didn't want to step on toes. He sighed, and walked over hesitantly to Fever, wrapping his fingers around his wrist.
"Um...i'm sorry if..you wanted to be with Passion, or for whatever is bothering you. I dunno.."

Passion grinned and headed up the stairs. It would be interesting to see if Pain actually came -- or if he decided to stay downstairs with Fever. It looked as if it could go either way, from the way Pain's expressions flip-flopped -- because, at first, Pain had looked crestfallen, and yet had warmed to him and he had brought his lips to the other's lightly tanned hand.
Fever flushed slightly as the other spoke to him. He felt as if his wrist was on fire in the places Pain was touching it. He turned slowly towards the other, knowing he had to face him, though it was nearly impossible to keep his face and expresion light.
"No, it's nothing like that. Passion is like my brother. My... extremely clingy brother. I don't feel anything for him other than that," he said, giving the other a weak grin. He couldn't tell Pain what was really bothering him. He just couldn't. He stared into the other's eyes for a moment, his pale eyes wide and honest before he slowly lowered them. He couldn't look Pain in the eye any more as he said, "You should probably head up now..."

Pain was as torn as Passion had described. he was confused, since Fever looked down, though for what he had no idea. There was no way that Pain would have known that fever actually had formed feelings for him, small or large, since he wasn't used to it. If he had been, then he wouldn't have been as dumb as he was acting at the moment, but with his past he couldn't be blamed. Hell, no one ever wanted him. His parents had left him, and only kids that wanted to take advantage and use the trusting, honest kid had ever liked him. Friends were sparse , if any, and relationships didn't exist. He was a magnet for everything wrong and nothing right.
Pain had all of the intentions of going up to meet with Passion, since he had actually shown an intrest in him, and even if it wasn't good for him, he was slowly growing an attraction to the raven haired male. But, Fever was his friend, even if it still hurt him that he wouldn't look him in eye or anything. It made him feel bad, and for what he didn't even know.
"Oh...well, i don't know what's bothering you then but..i hope you feel better."
He said softly, his eyes saddening since Fever wouldn't tell him, and refused to look at him. Pain felt like crying for it, since he felt as though he wasn't hardly worth his time, even if Fever just felt too embarassed. He sighed, wrapping his arms around him in a small, friendly hug. He cared about Fever, but he wasn't good at helping people who didn't tell him anything. Pain was no mind reader. So, with that, he nodded and bounded up the stairs to meet with passion, his tail bobbing and flicking behind him.

Fever went rigid as Pain hugged him, his face an incredibly bright shade of red. It took all his self control not to just... just go and kiss the boy. It was so damn hard. But he managed it -- and felt torn inside because of that. He wanted Pain to return his growing feelings. But he also knew that wasn't possible -- and so he had to keep them contained, for both their sakes. Then Pain wouldn't be hurt by him and it wouldn't become one of those terrible 'akward friendships.' That would be the worst of anything....
The pale tee sighed softly and leaned back against the counter, rubbing his temples with one hand.
Upstairs, Passion had cleared away a lot of junk that had been on the floor. It was neccessary -- if he had simply left it, Pain wouldn't have been able to set foot through the debris, it had been so thickly scattered. The bed, too, had been a mess, but he had fixed that easily, shoving anything that wasn't breakable off of it and onto the floor to be kicked into his closet. The delicate things were stuffed into the drawers of his dresser.
He straightened up just as he heard Pain's knock on his door and a grin spread across his lips. So he'd actually come.... Well, it was better this way, then. It meant that Pain didn't actually have feelings for Fever -- and saved Fever the dilemma of whether or not he should tell him his feelings, because it was obvious what the reply would be. He opened the door promptly, and leaned his fit, lean frame against the door. "Glad to see you came," he said with a grin that simply screamed 'Cheshire Cat.'

Pain sighed, his eyes glazing with a thin line of tears as he felt how stiff Fever had been. What had he done? Pain felt so terrible, and so at fault for the entire thing. He tried to wipe it all away, to act happy and feel better, though Fever really and truely had been his only friend. Pain was so torn up and felt as though he was shattered inside. Pain realized deeply to himself that he was such an idiot, that he had done something he didn't even know to lose a close friend. God what a dumbass. Pain lowered his head as he walked to the door, knocking softly. This would take away his pain [ironically], even if afterwards he would feel worse than he did to begin with.
Pain sighed, trying to clear his eyes, though he knew that it was killing him slowly inside. No, forget about him Pain. You always ******** it up, and you did enough damage as it is. Leave him alone. Leave him for people than can really be good to him, you worthless slut. Pain sighed as he heard those ever present voices, and knew they were true. He was sick of trying to fight them off, since it was useless. Pain glanced up to Passion, flushing softly as he shrugged and nodded.
"I suspose. It's part of the game, and i'm not a sore loser."
Pain said with a forced smile. Do it. Forget about your hurt. Passion can give you what you want, make you feel good. Who cares? You're a whore anyway. Pain sighed, but glanced around the room, giggling softly as he saw the mess that had just been pushed aside. Well, no one said that Passion had ever been a neat one.

Passion stood there for several moments, surveying the other's appearance. There was a glistening of recent tears on the other's cheeks. Just what had passed between Pain and Fever? Passion finally reached forward and lightly grasped the other's wrist, pulling him inside. He shut the door behind the other and then, without warning, moved Pain back into the door, pressing him into it with his hips. He leaned forward and left a soft kiss on the other's neck, pressing his hand back into the door as well, his lips moving to leave a series of feather-light kisses along the other's jawline and up to his lips. Once he reached Pain's lips, the kisses didn't stay light.
He pressed harder into the other, his lips moving quickly against Pain's kiss-reddened ones.

Pain knew that Passion had noted his tears and cheeks, but he tried to ignore it and act as though it was nothing. He didn't want for Passion to ask him, since he couldn't explain, and he just wanted to do what he came to the room for. In perfect form Passion did just that, and he sighed as he was tugged into the messy, dark room, and the door shut behind him. Good. The deal was sealed. Pain gasped softly, feeling the door at his back and hips pressed in a tantalizing way against his own. Pain tilted his neck to the side, allowing Passion to do what he wished how he wished, and moaned softly once more.
The kisses started out light and caressing, but then they got hungry, feverish like he was used to. Like everyone else who kissed him, other than..no. This was not about Fever. This was to forget his problems, to make his life what he though would be easier, but in the end made it harder. Pain had been so mean to Fever, so he believed, and he knew the kid didn't like him, maybe even hated. So, this would get his mind off of it, and when he felt the lips on his own, it did. Pain pressed his against Passion's, pressing harder, wanting to feel it all, and he pushed his body from the door to rub against Passion's.

Passion pushed the other back into the door harder, a low moan trickling from his own lips. But Passion was human. Sure, he didn't have qualms about doing it with no real feelings attatched... but he cared for Fever. And perhaps the tears meant something. Maybe. He could feel Pain hesitate at first before he relaxed into it and even began to push himself up against Passion. He pressed another kiss to the other's lips, and then his jaw, his lips moving until they were against the other's ear, his breath warm on the other's flesh.
It felt good to have the other teen pressed up against himself. It always felt good. But it didn't feel good to know that he was, in a way, betraying his only true friend. Passion and Fever had always been together -- even before they had become underlings to the same sin. Perhaps that was why Passion was so overly obsessed with Fever.
"You should... go downstairs," he whispered in the other's ear. He stepped back slightly for a moment, then, waiting to see Pain's expression. That would tell him whether or not Pain should really go downstairs.

Pain melted against his Passion's body, trying his best to forget how horrible of a person he was. Sure he was using Passion in some way, but the other didn't seem to mind, and plus, it had been part of the game. So, it wasn't as if it was anything bad or revolting. Pain justified himself in some way with that reasoning.
Pain shivered, his body easy to overpower, and easy to overtake. He moaned softly, innocently as he felt the lips travel from his lips down back to the soft flesh at his neck. He moved his hands and held to Passion loosely. Pain blinked as he slowly opened his eyes, hearing the suggestion that Passion had made to him. He looked confused, though sighed and lowered his gaze. Rejected once more. He nodded, his eyes filling with tears.
"Fever's mad at me, and..i think i did something to make him mad. And now..you too. I'm sorry."
Pain said softly, shivering as he didn't know what he did, first to Fever, and now to Passion. Pain felt terrible, and just so confused. The voices in his head were getting worse, blaming him for everything, and he sunk against the door as he placed his hands over his face. He wanted to go downstairs, but he felt as though his legs were made of jello at the moment.
Pathetic.
He was pathetic.
