Haku blinked, then gave a nod to Zabuza. "Okay. I'm up to it, if that's what you want to do." His full attention was on the other male, as it had always been, and the light lit up his features again. Chocolate eyes blinked only every few seconds, an intelligence behind them, but also a knowing- the same that Zabuza's own eyes held. Pale skin seemed more like living snow, as colored lips drew into a line that wasn't at all a bad thing. There was still hair in his face, and the teen reached up and brushed some of it away.

Disturbing Tale Teller Deidara turned his head to Sasori to give a bit of a nod, then winced. He dropped the cup he'd been holding on the counter, and looked to the hand he'd accidentally stuck into the teapot of hot water, before starting to suck on boiled fingers. He scrunched up his face and continued working on their tea, one hand still sticking out of his mouth. The cup he'd dropped thankfully hadn't been broken, and the blond set it back up to pour water in on the leaves he added in when he set it back up.
Sasori gave a disgruntled face at the blonde's injury before dutifully cutting and picking up the tea pot before Deidara could get to it. "Go take care of your hand brat, I'll get the tea..." mumbled the red head, carefully pouring the scolding water into the cup. Sasori gave a small jump at the somewhat loud 'clack' the teapot made when it was set down. And of courrse the whole thing was done on tip toes so the pair of green eyes could see everything that was happening from above instead of from a side view.

Deidara blinked, then gave a small nod. He poked around the kitchen for a moment, before discovering the first-aid kit under the sink. Looking through, he found some aloe, and applied that to the burnt fingers. The aloe had been cool, so he let out a bit of a breath as he put it on. He then put a paper towel over them so he could still do things without worrying about getting aloe goo all over stuff.
"Should steep pretty quickly, un..." Deidara murmured to Sasori.

Sasori gad given a qick glance over his shoulder at the sharp intake of breath, thinking the blonde had hurten himself again. A small chuckle came from the red head before he turned to watch the teapot spout puffs of steam. Sasori mused on how the tea leaves made the hot water turn yellow-green...

Deidara looked to Sasori for a few moments, before finding some small plates, and putting a few pieces of Dango on each one. Making sure the stove was turned off, he hovered over the redhead for a moment to look at the steeping tea, before moving to grab the plates and move them to a vacant table. He returned, grabbing the two cups from in front of the shorter male.
"We can go sit down now, un..." Deidara murmured, heading to their table with their cups of tea. He had to use pot holders to carry them there.

Zetsu nodded, "It's interesting." He replied as he looked over at the masked male before looking back at the plant, "It doesn't need to have flowers to be interesting, Tobi." He said afterwards with a slight sigh as he began walking around some more. The brown cat watched as the two began walking around some more.

Tobi blinked and gave off a soft 'oh'. He latched onto Zetsu's arm a little while longer, then let go and bounced ahead a little, before turning around to face the plant-man. "Tobi wants to know what makes Zetsu-senpai happy!" he declared, an arm raised high into the sky, one finger pointing upwards with his declaration.
The black cat watched with the brown cat, every-so-often giving off a flip of its' tail.

Sasori blinked, having gone from musing and into space cadet mode. "Eh, gomen..." The red head turned away from the stove, shaking his head before going to the table, taking a seat across from Deidara. The smaller male gave an attempt at starting a conversation by asking the blonde how they made the dango such unusual colors. While he waited for the answer from Deidara, Sasori began nibbling on one end of the dango, the red bean paste part.

Deidara pondered the question a little, using his left hand to pick up a dango and to nibble on that as well. "I think they use green tea for the green ones, nothing for the white ones, and some sort of berry or something for the red ones, un..." he murmured, resting his head on one hand as he nibbled more. "What do you want to do, after we eat, un?" the blond then asked, looking to the redhead again.

Sasori gave a blinked, his nose wrinkling as he nibbled the red dango. "Ne, aren't berries supposed to be.... sweet?" The male scratched his head before shrugging, "Then again I'm not the expert in this field..." came his mumbled comment before switching to the green dango, not really fond of the red ones.

Deidara gave a small chuckle as Sasori switched to the green Dango. "They're all the same flavor, un. You just gotta bite into them to get to the sweetness, un." he showed the smaller male by biting the one he was working on in half, and showing him the inside, while he munched on the half he bit off. "The color's just for show, un." He nibbled on the other half when he was done with the first, before eating that one, too, and shifting his hand to carefully lift his cup of tea and took a small sip.

Sasori blinked at Deidara's dango, as if it were a magic trick that he was trying to unriddle. The red head glanced at his dango before taking a good sized bit, finally getting to the sweet center. The smaller male's lips puckered slightly before the tea was carefully picked up, a small sip of the hot tea being taken to wash down the large chunk of food.

"Don't like it, Sori-danna, un?" Deidara asked, giving Sasori a small smirk as he sipped a little more at his tea. His right hand fiddled a little with the paper towel around its' aloe'd fingers. They stung a bit, so he stopped after a little while.

((ne, we need to run into someone or something, I don't have any ideas left..)
Zabuza gave a nod back then headed for the door. We'll just need to find the stairs first, I don't remember seeing them while walking around earlier. "Are you sure you don't want to check out the library again for more books?"

((We could just add in some drama, or smex, or whatever... usually entertains people for a couple of pages...))
Haku followed, then let off a noise as he tripped over something. Unable to stop himself from falling, he landed on the floor, wincing. The stupid books he'd tossed aside in distaste had seemed to have piled up and tripped him... causing him to twist his ankle in a bit of a painful way. The teen gritted his teeth a bit as he shifted to roll onto his back, and sat up to look at his ankle.
Haku prodded at his ankle for a few moments, giving off slight hisses of pain, before he shifted, and stood. He continued on to heading to the door to follow Zabuza, limping a bit.
