If she's free, then you can request her, no problem.
And Amelia was probably taken, then left the guild, and was never put back on the Available list.
*goes to update once more* Gah... This list is now confusing...
Can everyone please re-request a character? Because it was so swamped with requests that 2 people might have requested the same person, and I didn't notice.
