Tristan shook her head for a moment, "Nevermind, just go up and down on your feet ten times for me okay? I'll hold your hands."
No point saying the rest, since it would depend on getting the equipment in here.

Skye nodded and tightened her grip on Tristan's hands, then went up on her toes again, flapping her wings strongly to help her along.
After a moment, she lowered herself again, and she gave herself a few brief seconds of rest before trying to go up on her tiptoes again.

"That's good," Tristan told her, watching the girl carefully, "It's like excerising..."
As long as it doens't look like she was going to hurt herself that was good.

Skye looked up at Tristan curiously as she continued to go up and down. "E'size?" she asked, her tone eager.

"Ex-cer-sing," Tristan repeated slowly, "Makes you stronger."
Well never mind the fact it burned fat, not that the kid was fat, she was quite a skinny little thing.

"Ex-er-cis-ing," Skye repeated slowly, and she nodded. "Exercising. Make Skye strong."
Well then she would make sure to practice lots! She continued going up and down on her toes, her movements more determined now.

It was also good basics for her, Tris thought to herlsef, checking her toes. It didn't matter to her, if Skye wasn't completely on the tips, partly because it would be hard and she really needed to get Skye good shoes and toe guards.

Skye looked at Tristan thoughtfully for a moment, then smiled. "Skye good," she said brightly. "Little tired."
Well and her toes were starting to hurt a bit but she wanted to get stronger.

"Maybe you should rest a bit," Tris suggested.
Afterall, she was sure they were working at this far longer than what most children would be worked at.

Skye nodded and let go of Tristan's hands slowly, standing properly on her feet once again. She closed her wings and tucked them back completely, wiping her brow with the back of one hand.
"What we do now?" she asked curiously, sighing a bit.

"Well..." Tris replied, taking a seat, "We can take a seat on the floor," she grinned.
She mused, technically she and Yuki were still in school, which she would have to go in a few hours. She wondered if pehraps they could take Skye there, it would be better than a library back.
That or they were going to have to rearrange the backroom.

Skye giggled and sat on the floor with Tristan.
"Tristan," she grinned, "want see what Skye learn today?" She reached for her bag and pulled it into her lap, looking to Tristan for her answer.

Probably something Lore had been doing she supposed.

Skye opened her bag and reached inside for her journal, which she took out and passed across to Tristan proudly. "See?" she grinned. "Lore teach Skye write!"
She wriggled across the floor so that she was sitting right beside Tristan, and opened her journal to the first page she and Lore had been working on that day.
"See? Big A, little a," she giggled, pointing at the letters. "Big little!"

"So I see..." Tristan replied leaning over a bit to get a better look, "He's quite a good teacher."
In fact he seemed to have a lot of patience she thought. Who thought of Lore as a teacher of young children, or a young child.
