MegaTherion777 hahaha new strings CAN be a b***h at times. especially with strats and their through-body setup xp you gotta get a pic of the mess of cords sometime soon man, i wanna see how epic it is Haha, true, but I love my strat, American made, was my grad present like 3 years ago. And you can kinda see the mess at the bottom left of pic 1. @MV: Awesome Tat biggrin

And you can kinda see the mess at the bottom left of pic 1. @MV: Awesome Tat biggrin oh i love my strat too. its just that they can, at times, be bitchy when it comes to tuning. especially after changing the strings. i've got a mexican made strat, but it's one of those rare ones that you occasionally find that just has an amazing sound, despite the fact that it's components are - arguably - inferior to the american ones. i've actually compared it to 20 or so different american made strats - some pretty damn expensive ones, too - and havent found one that sounded anywhere near as nice as my moderately priced mexi-strat. occasionally you hit the jackpot with non-american guitars. although i still prefer american in general.
