Another one, Also related to the X-wing books, but i think it may have been explained ina few others Why does Wedge Antillies hand twitch a bit when he is in zero-gravity for a while...*yes it IS explained in the X-wing books..*

Technically, there were only supposed to be two colors: red and blue.
Then ROTJ came out and there was a need for green.
Past that, it went on to say that any color can create a saber color.
Windu got his from a back of a rock guy, and went purple....
Plo Koon is seen with orange, though canonically his is blue too.
Others had yellow, gold, silver.
Its kind of open ended...
Here's trivia:
1)What unique fact involves the video of the eruptions of Mustafar?
2) In the opening dogfight, the second sepratist ship blows up and a piece of it hits the star destroyer nearby. What is this object?
3) What SW language is inspiried by the Incan Language Quecha?

In-universe explination of saber colors:
Before the Sith Wars, the Jedi used all sorts of crystals and all sorts of colors. After the wars, the Sith destroyed many of the known crystal banks, so the Jedi turned to the ones such as on Illum, thus why most sabers are green or blue. Luke's NJO had to find or synthesize their own colors, thus the vast amount of colors again. And the Sith seemed to just like the color red.
And Huttese is inspired by Quechua and the Mammoth inspired the AT-AT.

There were no orange sabers in any movies. Its a known trivia fact. Also, i don't remember any yellow ones.

It's not in the movies, but Master Tyvokka had a yellow saber.
1.Real volcano eruptions.
2. The bow?....stern?.....Port?...Starboard?
4. That it was incredibly revealing? Oh, wait! That aint unique at all.... Letsee...That she could fit into it again after 14 years?
5.Paploo was an ewok on endor.
