Mandalore the Crusader is very much alive, and on Mandalore right now Mandalore the Conquerer is presumed dead, and is in exile on a very primitive world

BTW, if you're referring to the guy who was captured, don't worry. You're practically non-affiliated with him right now. Plus, he won't be seing much action next rp.
It's all about Detre twisted

Loki the Stampede OH! I thought Mand'alore the Crusader was the one captured! My bad! sweatdrop Nah, they went straight for my chiss character. Their biggest mistake was not making sure Detre, Sven, and Kathleen were dead. Than victory would've been nearly complete for hBorill. Instead, it was a forced loss, resulting in massive casualties, and the guarantee of even higher hostilities

Your character will be sitting in a cell for the next four years. The war against your little empire will have become nothing more then a costly mop-up operation. Two of your major manufacturing facilities have fallen, 60% of your total combat warships have been taken out of operational status, and your leader has been captured. The forces you once commanded have had their morale drop to the near non-existant level. Onderon will no doubt sue for peace, and many of your allies will have abandoned you. It will take months for your forces to merely replace their losses, months in which the Empire will rapidly expand their grasp on your faltering little Empire.
I'm thinking the opening post for Borill in the next RP will be his forces mopping up on Mandalore.
THE Manda'lor was Mandalore the Immortal who is either dead for the rest of the RP... or being cyborged into a new body by the Maki Clan. I'm guessing the Manda'lor title will be passed on to another member of the Mandalorian forces that have allied themsevles with Borill. Maybe Ari Maki, or some other figure that hasn't yet appeared in the RP.

Maybe Ari Maki, or some other figure that hasn't yet appeared in the RP. So Mandalore the Crusader just gets ignored. Heck no. You give my forces too little credit. Wayland and Mandalore will be grievous losses, yes, and Taris and Onderon won't be far behind them. But your problem is, when you see me, all you see is a bug. Now, that might be exactly what you see: a bug. What you fail to grasp is this might be a bug that stings. It would probably take YOUR forces the entirety of four years to take Mandalore, and you'd be forced to end up nuking the planet like you did Wayland. Then it becomes you're fighting a war with most of the most notorious, lethal, and best trained people in the galaxy. Yes, some, in fact, most Mandalorians aren't fighters at all. However, I would pit my money on a single Mandalorian soldier to come on top of any equivilant in your forces easy. You're also talking about attacking a legitiamte defenses and shipyards. The place would be crawling with Mandalorians, and I guarantee you, it'd take more forces than at your command to take it over. In fact, it'd likely take the Sector Fleet to deal the blow. However, I think the Mandalorians would sue for peace as well. Mandalore the Crusader's no fool. He knows the KE is ravaged without Kenet, but he wouldn't divulge his other operations either. He'd call for peace shortly after the battle, and offer to pay reprimands and all that, and send forces to help rebuild what was lost as a humanitarian effort. You're also talking about taking the title of Mandalor, passing it on to someone who has no legitiamate claim at all, and having it located in a very small majority of the people. You'd be your own mandalore, and that's it.

Mandelorians are no match for the sith.
If they proved a neusiance for more than a year, You can expect that Borill woulld have something with more skills than a bunch of nomadic ruffians shooting at him wildly chasing him down.
Mando or not, they're still limited by their own numbers. They're tenacious fighters, but most people don't train for war every single day like they do. And space battles is not their strength, believe it or not. They'd lose to the sheer efficiency and numbers of the navy of the sith.
Plus, if MtC sues for peace, the sith probably will demand they occupy the planet, thereby nullifying any "hidden" weapons on the planet itself. Sueing for peace would only lead to an invasion of Mandelore, but let MtC let his homeworld get overrun. Expecially being a fake Mandalore.

He's a bit less fake than just about anyone Borrill could cook up, short of Mandalore the Immortal. And I doubt he'd have him, seeing as him and the entire Dxun colony was sitting on several hundred thermal detonators. Recall? Yes, mandalore would likely get occupied, and he'd practically have to shut off contact, but it wouldn't mean the loss of an ally. You forget the Mandalorian Network as well as our other bases. Yes, they are alienated and can't help each other out at all, but it's not like it'd be total victory if Borill actually got Mandalore. So, here's what I say. The original Empire would've fallen anyway, including Mandalore. It was bound to happen, inclosed as it was in Sith Space. However, at the same time, lesser holdings on the rim of your territory would be much more suscpible to fall, even by small raiding parties. The Empire would be out of jurisdiction, and if they did go as far as going beyond their space and attacking, they'd be hounded down by local forces, the GA, and/or local military groups. It's basically the same as the Rebellion. Also, I don't expect my base in Mandal to stay hidden for long. It should be there easily by teh start of the RP, but by then my people'd also have back-up bases and other options to resort to by that time, such as Mon Calamari (if we're really lucky) and even Dagohbah. It might even help my own people if the cloning vacility and our last effective naval base were seperated, so as to minimize losses. I'm sure Celestina can find us a neat place to make a safehouse.

MtC was never really fully mandalore, though, so the clans will still be split between him and the ones loyal to the successor of MtI.
But more than that, though, is that your choice in planets is way out of line. Dagobah holds nothing of value. Absolutely nothing, which is the reason which Yoda picked it. It lacks steady ground and resources, and is only an ecological paradise, useless for base defense. Mon Calamari wouldn't be under your control. The sith monitor it too closely, and its not exactly that far out from the core either. On top of that, they're allied with the GLF, thus they'd only be on your side if you could oust the sith there, only to backstab you once you're weak.
What you should be doing instead of wasting time worrying about your base is how you're going to get out of Sith control. Your forces will be mopped up and eventually segment if you can't get out. The mandelorians will fight for themselves, and if that means saying screw the loyalists to stay alive, they'll pick their own hides. The rest of your minions are still just that; they're subordinates. They'll be forced to either attempt to get you back, or just as viable, take the reigns for themselves. Should the latter happen, you've been disposed of, and your armies aren't yours anymore.
Remember, don't make yourself indispensable, otherwise you cannot be replaced. The opposite is true. If your subordinates can replace you as the head of the loyalist factions, you're out of a job. If they're really loyal, they'll turn it back to you, but you'll still loose some morale from the troops...

I'd have to say that Onderon either is already sending an ambassador to the Empire right now AT THIS VERY MOMENT or will fall within a month or two. The people of Onderon wouldn't like being lead by a Mandalorian at all. Also EK, you have to remember that there are more then just the Maki Clan on the Imperial Side. Hell, they're not even a large percentage of the Mandalorians on Borill's side, its just that they're utility and skillsets make them much more prominent.
Also, Mandalorians that are from the Mandalorian Sector tend overall to be much less efficient fighters then those that are scattered elsewhere in the galaxy. The skilled Mandalorians leave the sector to make their names among the stars, and almost all the recent Mandalorian leadership comes from that group: the Fetts most prominently among them.
As for Mandalore... why occupy it when you can give it as a gift to reward the Mandalorians that helped you?

Instead of occupying them, offer them forgivenessn and make the conditions favorable under your own Mandalorians. It'd also keep what secret forces I have still mostly secret, except now under scrutiny of the Makis. And I didn't literally mean Dagobah stare I was just naming planets likely to have no Sith. It was just the one that came to mind at the time...

OOh, quick question. Where's the official border of the Sith Empire? I.E., where does their official jurisdiction end. I'm fairly sure it's quite a bit smaller than the old Galactic Empire, so... how far out does it stretch?
