How does one gain PP to spend on items/auctions?

You can win PP from contests, buy it, or mods also release random amounts of PP randomly in different training areas 3nodding you can see an example of this in the Construction Zone, where just recently this has happened.

How much will Nidorino's fury attack do? It can learn it now. And How much does Flame wheel do? My Quilava can learn it right now. Evolves at 18, and your Camasp can learn
Leer, Target receives 1 more damage for the rest of the battle
Pursuit, 18 If the target leaves battle this turn, user will hit the target with double power and then hit its replacement normally.

Do super effective and not very effective attacks apply here or do they just do normal damage?
