Urari looked down. He felt ashamed. "Yeah..that's just my problem...I don't really know what to do about it". He looked at the bird with sorrow, regretting the fact that he knew exactly what she was talking about. He had that same problem and he hated himself for it.
"So tell me, what ever happened to that bird you're telling me of?" he asked.

Msuko thought for a moment, cocking her head to the side again. "He has a mate that is the same way. They are very happy." The little bird kree'd and jumped onto his head. "But no worries! You are nice..uh..what is your name again?" Msuko bent down and peered into Urari's eyes.

"That's in the past," He says, striking a noble pose. "Now we kill tree-cats like yourselves. I'm a great tree-cat killer, I've killed five so far," He brags, ears perking upright. "And I'm not a preybeast, I'm a zebra. Say it with me, now - zee-braaa."
He glares at the skink. He's not exactly sure what it eats - but it looks more feline than equine at the moment, and he's not about to take chances.

"My name is Urari, it means balance." he winced at the sound of his name. "Thanks mom, real funny to name me that." He thought about it..and he was just that. A balance. From the coat on his fur to his personality.
"Hmm..maybe I'll find someone like that one day, or just someone who will be able to deal with my strange outbursts that I don't remember." he sighed. He doubted that would ever happen.

Mizaku makes a threatening growl, his ears flatten again. Even though he was a cub, he felt much more superior to a baby preybeast. He crouched and then made a deep hiss. "Well, preybeast, I'm not a tree-cat I'm a leopard! Say it with me leeeooo-paaard," the cat mocked, bringing his teeh into view with another long growl. He laid a paw gently in front of the skink as if for protection. His tail was still whipping as he got angrier. No wonder he'd been tought preybeasts don't talk...

Dhiki eyed the colt over with a twinkle in his beedy black eyes. "great tree-cat killer? Yer a tad small arncha?" he sneered, tapping the ground with his tail in clear amusement.

"Kree, don't get so depressed!" Msuko pecked at the ground just before his feet, eyeing him with one crimson eye. "You are hatchling yet, there is a furball out there for you." Odd way of putting it, yes, but the bird was not known for being good with words. Then again, it was odd that Msuko was even trying to cheer him up. What did she care for a little hairball?
"Not even an big furry thing yet, and you are worrying about mates." Msuko kree'd, shaking her head. At least Urari hadn't tried eating her again yet.

"I know I shouldn't get this way..but it's like..I'll be this way for the rest of my life and I won't be able to change it!" he sighed. "I have all of these years now to grow up and be miserable, all of the cubs would laugh and make fun of me if they found out" he muttered, "they would egg me on so I would become the other person." He turned and looked the other way. "I'm sorry for having bothered you...you must have better things to do". And with that, he ran into the distance.
((Hehe, I felt that Urari was getting a bit boring, I still have to build his character a bit more. Thank you for RPing with me, it was fun!! XD))

::Hodari halted for a second or so, setting the bone from the graveyard down so that he could take in a deep breath. The greyish lion cub grinned to himself, his tail wrapping around him as he sat, eyes observing the wonderous beauty of the landscape.:: ::He looked away and towards the ground a heartbeat later, digging his claws into it slightly..::His stomach was begining to growl now, rather badly at that... geez... He was hungry... Not as hungry as he had been when they had feasted upon that Eland but.... He -was- hungry....:: "Where to find food... where to find food.." ::He murmured to himself as he stood on all four paws once more. He needed something small.... Something easy to kill... But where was he going to find something like that?!::

Chukizo eyes Mizaku with a definate frown, eyeing the teeth with the immediate nervousness of any equine; it's flight over fight, for them. But he nevertheless bares his own teeth - his very flat teeth, compared to the leopard cub's - and tries to look threatening. "I could take you on anyday," He snorts, stomping the ground with one forehoof. "You don't look so big."

Near the waterfalls on the northern slopes of the lands, a little gray figure can be seen bouncing happily (and precariously) on the slipper rocks. Her fur is soaked because of the spittle carried by the falls; the mist has been falling on Ciyari's pelt for the last ten minutes, and she's wet all through. But it doesn't seem to bother the little lioness cub at all. Singing uproarously - the only way she can hear herself above the thunder of the smaller falls, she scampers across the rocks at the edge of the small stream, tail up for balance, and suddenly stops at a position closer to the falls. She turns towards the cliff, away from the water, and seems to pause, ears shifting forwards. "One, two, three, five...no, wait, four...is it four? Yeah, one, two, three, four...."

::Hodari scooped up his bone from the graveyard and began on his way once more, the sound of rushing waters ringing in his ears.. Water? Water! He could hear water!:: "Better wash this dirt off..." ::He murmured to himself, looking at his dirty coat.. With that said, he began moving... walking slowly at first before moving into a jog, laughing and tossing the bone in the air as he went..::

:this is a fine place for a nest: inzi thought as he wheeled over the waterfalls on an updraft. He liked the cool air from the water and knew that now many predators could threaten his mates eggs up here. He settled down on a banch a few meters above the little lion cub to look at the landscape
