He finished lap nine, his legs now really burning. "One more lap..then I get some water...Com' on!"

Shijo was springing from tree to tree like he was sprinting. His legs burned more and more until he jumped to his clearing, to rest for a moment. "I got 30 seconds." He said, timing himself as he sipped some water.

The second his break was over, he throw down his watr bottle and lupped to the trees, hopping his way through the park.

His legs were burning really bad after lap twelve, it had become rather painful. Shijo just gritted his teeth, knowing he had to finish. "I know I can do this!"

This time there was no mellow point in his legs. His legs just kept burning more and more. "Six more laps...If I can't make it...I will do 1000 squats!"

Shijo hit lap sixteen and he stated slow his pace a bit, trying to conserve energy. It made him feel guilty, like he was cheating himself. He then, immediately, started sprinting the trees, making up for lost effort. "I will not give half a** effort! 100% all the time. PERIOD!"

He kept on pushing, seeming to increase his speed with every lap. The pain was horrible, but he wouldn't let himself fail, give less than he had, or cheat himself. "Two more laps. MAKE THEM COUNT!!" He yelled, giving his legs a surge of chakra to increase his speed and the pain.

"~More...I need more!!!~" He growled, flooding his legs with chakra and his speed nearly doubling. He held the same chakra current until he finished his miles. He jumped to his training clearing and colapsed to the ground.

Shijo's breathing was very heavy, he had never pushed himself that hard before. "That...was...so...hard...." He breathed, not wanting to stand up or even sit up. He lied there for some time, not doing anything. Reluctantly, he crawled to his feet and stood up, grabbing his stuff to go home.

Sits against tree and looks at leaves above me. Clouds and sky a mix of deep blues and whites. Stands and feel grass under feet, sandals sitting next to me. Prepares stance and proceeds to practice fighting forms. Decides to just enjoy the beauty and serenity, so sits and falls asleep under tree with a cool wind slowly floating around.

Akashi jumped off the shed and snuck into the shed and saw what was i it and decided he would crash here for awhile so he walked ove to the bed and fell asleep on it

Shijo jugged into his training clearing, and put down his gear bag. He then sat down on the ground and started stretching.
