.::Hello fellow book-readers::.
My name is Hanna im a 20year old student living in Sweden.
I love fantasy, and some sc-fi, but reads lots and lots of diffrent books aswell.
I just love Robin Hobb, Kafka, LeGuin, Douglas Adams, C.S. Lewis, Tad Williams, Meredith Ann Pierce and many many more!

My favourite poem is probably a poem by Carl Snoilsky, or Karin Boye...

And my favorite play must be McBeth, performed at my school by just one person, He was Briliant!

The best movie is American Beauty, because i love it, and after that comes the Fellowship of the ring triology, and then the HP movies, and Memento, and, and, and...

And the music i listen to, well Silverchair is the eternal love of my musical heart, much on my playlist it metal, mostly nu-metal and some post-grunge artists aswell.

Hobbies.... Gaia and reading, thats about it. :S

Hm, i can almost lick myself on the nose. =D

Name: I have many. Lauren, Lao Ren, and Hctib are probably the three most frequently used. ^^
Age: 18
Location: PA
Favorite books/authors: Alan Moore, Neil Gaiman, Tamora Pierce, Gail Carson Levine, Dianna Wynne Jones, Jonathan Stroud, Marion Zimmer Bradley, and Stephen R. Donaldson are the ones that stick out most to me at the moment.
Favorite genre of books: Well, if you recognize any of the names up there, the odds are good they'll be children's fantasy lit stuff. But I also like psychological-type novels, like Crime and Punishment, and religious humor novels, like The Gospel According to Biff and Good Omens.
Favorite poet/poem: John Donne! All of his poetry is so beautiful and complex, to the point that you have to decode it to understand it. Once you do, you realize that it alternates between a spiritual sort of reverence for all of life's experiences, and a bleak, utter cynicism... much like me. ^_^
Favorite play: Uh... Well, I liked Othello and Macbeth. That's about it, unless you count musicals.
Favorite movies: Eh, I rather love Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Very complex, for a movie. But I don't really watch that many movies, to be honest. They don't seem to often utilize the tools that would elevate them from crass crowd-pleasers to something worth watching.
Favorite videogames: Lunar: Silver Star Story, Final Fantasies 6-10, Kingdom Hearts... you know, all those mainstream titles. Oh, and Dragon Warrior 8. Great game, that was. o_o
Favorite bands/musicians: I like something of an eclectic mix of stuffage as far as music goes. Loreena McKennitt, Solas, They Might be Giants, Saint-Saens, Bartok, Beethoven, Children of Bodom, Sonata Arctica, Avenged Sevenfold, Evanescence, random techno stuff. Soundtracks and instrumentals probably form the bulk of my listening material. As long as it's not rap, R&B, country, or pretty much anything mainstream, I will probably like whatever is put in front of me, particularly if it's highly orchestrated with lots of complex parts.
Hobbies: Oh, you know. Reading, writing, video games, anime, pr0n. All that bit. Minus the pr0n, of course.
Interesting fact about yourself: I am not interesting. I am just a person, more analytical than most but altogether undistinguished from the masses around me, who arrived some time ago armed with nothing but nudity and a healthy sense of humor. Not much has changed since then.
