If we were workig on a skill and then the two day timeskip came do we still have to post for it?

Harichakra
A Ninjutsu technique requiring a ninja to be able to use Jyuken. The ninja creates small needles from the tenketsu upon their fingers that are able to slice through things made of chakra, which normally could not be broken.
Hakke Kuushou (Eight Divination Signs Air Palm)
Skill: Taijutsu
Rank: C Rank
Progression: Normal
Damage: 1/7 Taijutsu
Cost: 33 Chakra
Acc: x2
Description: Extending Chakra from their body, the user will thrust their palm at the target. This will send out an invisible wave of Chakra which can knock the opponent back.
Limits: Hyuuga Clan exclusive.
Palm Dance of Divination
* Name: Hakke Shō Ranbū, literally "Palm Dance of Divination"
* Type: Offensive, short range (0-5m)
* Users: Neji Hyuga (Naruto: Narutimate Hero 3)
Neji traps the enemy in the zone of eight trigrams and delivers a series of palm attacks.

Okay i can see where "Hiraishin" is basically at the same speed as "Flying Thunder God Technique" in speed... my question is does this the "Hiraishin" have to be to a set point or does it not matter where the person is moving to at the great speed.
Also this is a Tie Technique correct... I am planning to go all Tia with my character.

its not really teh same thing. flying thunder god moves the person from one place to another. while the other one just makes you molecules move fast enough to travel through solid objects. . .
and yes, they are both taijutsu

i was in a fight, and i kept on fighting. But ace kept editing his posts that he already submitted and saying that he wasn't dead. It was a 2v1 and i gave him 2 posts to respnd, that he just ignored my attack that i sent at him, and he wont stop arguing. is he dead. You can look over the stuff in the sound village
