And this is sort of off topic, but last weekend we went to an anime convention and we saw some Slayers cosplayers. I'm sort of ashamed to say that I was disappointed but I guess I just have such high standards or something... I mean their Gourry was a child for crying out loud. DDDD: I mean it was great to see that SOMEONE actually knew the series and did a cosplay but I still feel kinda disappointed with the whole scenario... xD;;;
I'd make a totally awesome Xellos cosplayer..... ninja

Lol would you? I'd love to see you do it!(no really do it!) I'm not sure I'd cosplay anyone good^^;;; That does sound disappointing. Did the costumes at least have all the details? Did they wear wings styled like the characters or do their own hair like them? If so their own hair did they cut, trim, or use extensions where they would have to? Did they wear colored contacts?

It was ok... I guess the wig that the little boy was wearing was horrible. xD;;;; And Xellos' staff was all super thin and looked retarded. xD;;;;
In fact they were all hanging around together and talking I don't know if they were a group that came together AT the con or if they arrived at the con as a group. *shrug*

Well if I see someone cosplaying I expect and hope they at least TRY to look like the character they are playing. If they don't try their best then they might as well not do it at all.

Which is why I really want to cosplay too. whee heart I would try my best to play the part and I'd pay close attention to details.

ooh wanna know what would be super awesome? a good cosplay zel or that(forgot the fox mans name so tried to look for it on the net and.. it fails him) never mind.. but ether way to do ether good would be extremely hard so to see it so would be amazing X3 ^^

Oh god, that just made me think of the live action DBZ movie they're making and how scary It'd be to see a live action Slayers movie. I think that would make me sick.... DDDD:
And the fox guy's name is Jillas 3nodding
However I agree those would be more harder to complete. That or the other big guy who was usually with Jillas.... Now I forgot HIS name. xd ;;;;

I'm pretty sure that the Slayers Vault has the majority of the characters listed. I'm just too lazy to look things up sometimes when I don't know a name.... Now that I think of it, the guys name is Grov-something... Has to be something with a G.... ninja

And his name is Gravos. 3nodding Thats the other guy I was talking about. Anyways this site has a listing of most of the characters shown in the series show wise. As far as I can tell.... There's probably some missing but I'm lazy like I said.

Yeah. ^^ It used to have a image gallery too but the site owner's gallery on Geocities died or something like that. Either way it doesn't have one anymore which is sort of sad, but it wasn't that big of a gallery either so it's not like you're missing out on much. It is really sad how everyday it seems there is less and less Slayers images you can find on Google... I think I used to be able to find a whole bunch but now it's like a few next to none. =/
Am I the only one who seems to think this...? I'm just curious.
