Zarase was almost always in my party. Roy, Richard, and Rahal, too. Not long distance, but too pretty to leave at home once I got them.

...Am I the only one who notices the chronic mispelling of 'Zerase?'
Everytime I seem to go to some forum or whatnot, a few people always... spell it with that extra A...

D`Artagnan I don't really remember my usual party, considering I literally used everyone. I wanted to keep everyone at an even level, so I was always switching SoDs. I was the same way, although I usually kept Sagiri in my party to bail all my low-levels out while I was raising them.

I have yet to play this one, but spoilers don't bother me. The graphics look incredible. eek It's a whole lot of eye candy. Can't wait to jump in a get the plot of the game.

Chikuu Ms.Tofu I don't like the way that sounds..... crying Now I'll never get them. Bummer. And I was so happy because I could FINALLY start recruiting. Yeah I know how you feel... I'm on the final dungeon (******** you final boss. ********. You.) and I barely have 80 stars... But so many of them are missable it's unbelievable! I'm getting the guide today so that will help me on my new game+ mode, and help me beat the final boss... That thing is one big mofo, I tell ya. I didn't have trouble with anyone but Cathari. Seems like she should have been so easy. Does it matter what you say to her? I didn't think so, but she never appeared after that first meeting. Is it that I should have ridden the boat, instead of teleporting?

Fin Raziel I didn't have trouble with anyone but Cathari. Seems like she should have been so easy. Does it matter what you say to her? I didn't think so, but she never appeared after that first meeting. Is it that I should have ridden the boat, instead of teleporting? Yeah, Cathari didn't like me for the longest time. I think I rode the boat back when I finally saw her appear at the port.
There were alot of missable characters. I had to look up a guide for some of them (completely missed Haleth, and had to go back to a previous file to recruit him XD).

Woo! Finally after my internet broke down, I'm BACK! And I completed Suikoden V, yay me! First of all, I was a little disappointed. From the pictures I had before hand I thought Lucretia was an inn keeper and not a tactician.0.0 I also NEVER liked Sialeeds and I still don't. I like Roy though, he's kinda cute and his attitude is cool.
I wish there were more cheery people but that's just my personality. I just feel like it's too boring or serious. I thought Haswar was really cute too, for some reason, but, if I could recruit her, I never did. I missed all the elves.><

Yeah, for the longest time I forgot that you could even go back there, and was up to the final battle when I looked up Haleth and just kinda sat there for the longest time grumbling before going back to a previous save. Got to see Rahal in a dress twice though. XD
Just curious, but can ANYONE beat Rahal in the dragonhorse races? o.O I can barely make it to 1st place in the first two courses, but in the last one, Rahal's completely out of view by the time he finishes. -_- My little generic green dragonhorse can't hope to keep up. XD
Maybe I can feed my dragonhorse extra fish to bribe him or something... =P

When I first got it, I was all, "Cool, I'll ride a dragonhorse around in circles for a bit, and win some nifty stuffs." Ten races later with nothing better than third place had me irked. XD I've managed to somehow squeak by on the first two courses with 1st place, but Flail and Rahal's got some insane skills.
