Took Hana and my friend/ex to see Tori Amos last night. She was amazing. As expected.
The tubes were being s**t though... so we missed the support act, Tom McRae. I'd not heard of him before. Lewis (friend/ex) had and said that he was supposed to be good... Oh well.
Set List:
Original Sinsuality Blood Roses Leather Sweet The Sting Cloud On My Tongue Jamaica Inn Cool On Your Island
Hoover Factory (Elvis Costello cover) Millworker (James Taylor cover)
Barons Of Suburbia Sister Janet Marianne Spring Haze The Beekeeper
1st Encore
The Power Of Orange Knickers Putting The Damage On
2nd Encore
Amber Waves Silent All These Years

Very early Sylvester Stallone, back before he forgot how to act.

Andyzee Very early Sylvester Stallone, back before he forgot how to act. he's genius in that movie. lets not forget the best quote in the whole movie: "you know some people think you're cute, not me though, i think you're one very large baked potato"

Saw 'Sin City' on Sunday night.
Violent and stylish, of course I liked it. mrgreen
I thought they transferred the graphic novel style well to the big screen. The comic book feel is there throughout and it works a lot better than other recent attempts to turn comics into live action films.
I'm probably going to go to Slinkys on Friday for my first big clubbing night. Since I previously refused to enjoy dance music (for no real reason) I've never been to a famous club night before. I'll tell you all how it was afterwards.

Incase no one has said this yet. Sin City is a must see.
Follows the graphics novels so well keeping all the style, most awesome thing I've seen in the cinema.

I'll tell you all how it was afterwards. I forgot about this... It was amazing. Great atmosphere. It wasn't a cattle market at all like most clubs. All about the music and dancing (and drugs I guess. xp ) I hardly had anything to drink because drinks were so expensive, but I still had the most amazing time. I normally need a few drinks down me to enjoy a nightclub.

I never used to dance. Then I went to Uni and didn't dance. Then I started to dance when I was drunk. Then I started to dance when I was sober (not very often that happens - me being sober I mean) and I loved it. I was like "Get out of my way; I'm the Dancing Queen!"
