41. Fake Christmas Tree or Real Christmas Tree? I'm going to say fake. That's what I've always had with the exception of one sad, leaning real tree I got for free last minute one year. My parent's artificial tree is gorgeous. I like pre-lit. It's convenient. Less mess. But I'd love to start the tradition of picking out a real one each year with my little one, like my family did before I was born. They moved into this house literally a few days before I was born. So I guess that was just one of many changes lol. Where my dad used to cut the trees down he probably wasn't actually supposed to eek sweatdrop My sister said one year praying mantis eggs hatched in the tree and they were all over the house lmao. I bet they were cute but creepy crawly.

42. Ugly Christmas Sweaters or Ugly Christmas Leggings? Sweater. I love Christmas Leggings but tend to go for the less cheesy ones. Sweaters I'm not afraid to get ugly xd But even then I go for something cute like one with Christmas cows on it and a button that makes it moo haha.

#44. Red or Green? Both are favorite colors of mine, with green being more favorite. BUT for Christmas you can't go wrong with a nice classic red. So I'll go with red this time! wahmbulance

49. Yule Logs or Mistletoe? Like the actual log or the desert? I've never had much experience with yule logs or mistletoe. But I like wood/fires so I'll go with the logs.

#50. Peppymint or Festive fo an avatar color scheme? I LOVE peppymint but festive is so....festive. Definitely Festive for Christmas Avi and peppy the rest of the year or for a generic winter Avi.

In California usually only hung lights inside, as our outside walls were not friendly for putting holes in it lol. But I would hang Christmas lights around the door way to the kitchen. I was able to enjoy them every night that way, whereas outside I wouldn't have seen them much (few windows in weird locations). You moved around a lot? Why? My husband is a Marine smile Got stationed in California for two enlistments. Now I'm home while he's deployed and it looks like he will be getting out next year. So we should be in NC to stay now smile It's already snowed once this year and it was pretty exciting! I was home multiple times for visits during the winter but I'd always miss it. Usually only a week or two after getting back to Cali. No fair! razz Okay, thanks for answering my question. smile I'm sorry you always missed the snow. That IS unfair sad

Picking up where I left off with Question #20. Can reindeer really fly? Yes, but only on Christmas Eve. The magic starts at sundown & leaves at sun up on Christmas morning.

I don't do anything crazy, I don't even get very "Christian" about it tbh!
I like thinking about the pagan roots, like how decorating trees was like a thank-you thing w/ nature and such
