As Hotaru looked around, she didn't see the village she had heard about, but maybe it wasn't somewhere obvious. She entered the cave and looked around, trying to see if she could find any clues. It didn't take her long to see an air vent and she swam in that direction. She giggled as some of the bubbles tickled her nose, she really liked getting to play with these bubbles. Then she remembered she needed to continue, so that is exactly what she did.

Hotaru didn't get far, before she found what appeared to be another air vent. Well, who was she to deny playing with bubbles a little more. She did just that, it wasn't like she was in any hurry. That and she liked the feeling of the bubbles, so she enjoyed it for a moment. Once she felt she had her fill, she proceeded further into the cave.

Hotaru continued her journey, when she spotted an air pocket near the top. She swam to it and poked her head out, allowing herself a moment. She felt fine, so she didn't stay very long, before she decided to continue on.

Hotaru noticed something within the cave, it looked like some ancient ruins. Well, that was definitely interesting, so she decided to check it out. As she got over to the ruins, she noticed a statuette that looked like it was in pretty good shape. As carefully as she could, with the coin still in her tail, she wrapped some more of her tail around the beautiful piece. After all, it would make a wonderful addition to her living quarters.
2 - You wander some ancient ruins just inside cave, and find a small statuette that's fairly intact! +3 Score

Hotaru noticed a small cave and her curiosity got the best of her. She swam carefully into it and poked her head in. Unfortunately a school of fish had decided to come out just then and a gasp of surprise escaped the Soquili. She really needed to learn to be more careful.

Hotaru wondered what else she would find down here, when she saw what looked like an altar. She gulped when she saw what looked like dried blood on it and skulls, this was not what she had wanted to see. Then she heard a noise from deeper in the cave, something that did not sound friendly. Okay, it would probably be a good idea for her to return to the surface. She had met some wonderful creatures down here, but she didn't want to be introduced to whatever made that noise.
6 - You spy the sacrificial altar! *shudder* You think you've gone far enough as you start to hear something spooky, much deeper inside. +10 Score + Adventure Complete!

Not again, she thought as a school of fish darted past her again. No more looking into small tunnels. A few bubbles had escaped her, she would have less breath now.

There was still no sign of this underwater village. Perhaps it was just a rumour, or perhaps the village had existed at one point but now all traces of it was gone. Lost in thought, the right of the shark again jolted Lucy in fear and she swam off.

She was feeling a bit disheartened and was deciding whether or not she should leave to where Lluvia was surely waiting or look some more. Perhaps a little longer would be adequate, Lucy thought. She was glad she decided to stay a little longer when she discovered a small statuette and a few other ruins. That Soquili then was correct about the underwater village. Now, would she be able to find evidence to support the theory about the fearsome denizon?

Air pocket again. Good, having more precious time to look for evidence that the underwater village supported a fearsome denizen was important to her. This adventure made Lucy thought of her dad and his many stories. Perhaps there had been truth to his stories after all....

Although Lucy had chastised herself the last time she had looked into the small tunnel last time. She couldn't help herself and took a peek into a different one. A school of fish darted psst her again and she let out a few bubbles once more. Lucy dropped her head in embarrassment.
