Caia was doing his best to protect Theodore and to the stuck up cat, it wasn't enough. His bowtie was askew and he was barely managing to stay perched on the senshi's shoulder as he attempted to run across the floating debris.
In fact, it felt as if staying clinging to the senshi was more trouble than it was worth and above their heads a platform passed, looking terribly viable now on the road to safety.
A good friend would stay, but luckily for Theodore, he and Caia weren't exactly friends.
"I'll see you at the end gingey!" He chirped, launching himself off the shoulder and onto the small platform ahead.

Corrupt Sailor Citrine
Citrine was quite sick of platforms that crumbled and slow motion following through weird mirror related space. So the first opportunity she got to climb up on some floating piece of space debris she took it. From there, she sought to find the exit.

Captain Stellerite (+1)
When they had fallen, or rather when Epidote had dragged her over the edge when he went over, Stellerite didn't know what to expect. It wasn't this, slow motion falling that became more rapid as the rest of the pathway disintegrated beneath the feet of the people who stayed on track.
It was interesting to watch and Stella took some comfort in knowing that her partner in crime was by her side and that if they had gone down, at least they had down together.
Soon enough debris came into sight and the blonde was shoving her brother towards it and the corrupt after. "Quick, get on that. I think we can--" She was distracted by flashes of brunette and green. "We'll use the floating shards and junk to get to that." She pointed.
It wasn't long before she was demonstrating when she spotted the senshi she kept seeing glimpses of and called out for her with out thinking. "Kari! Cutie! Didja miss us?"
Green eyes opened and blinked. He looked to Kat. Blinked again. Looked around. Blinked a third time.
Danny couldn't explain it, but for whatever reason, he and everyone else that had fallen through the ground were now floating around like it was no big deal. It took him a few moments to collect his thoughts (because really, what the hell) but as soon as he noticed others scrambling up the debris to get to the pillar, Danny was in hot pursuit.
"You got it in you for some rock climbing, Halloran?" He called out to his companion, doing his best to ignore the aches and cuts covering his body. There would be time later to focus on his injuries... hopefully. "Last one up has to do the dishes when we get back!"

Kells - 10 + 1 = 11 Falling was... beginning to feel a lot more like nearly-floating. Sort of. Apparently there was something very Alice-in-Wonderland-esque going on, since this fall was rather less terrifying than it had seemed initially. Still terrifying, but by a matter of degrees it was more bearable than it had been. Just enough, in fact, that as a large piece of debris drew near him, he managed to climb on top of it and, after a glance to reassure himself that Frigga was making it to safety as well, headed for the one safe platform in this terrible place.

There was debris falling everywhere, falling slower and slower the further down into nothingness they dropped. Broderick twisted in the air as he tried to scrabble at something to get underneath his feet, because it looked like there was only one 'safe' place left and he had to get there before...well, before he fell forever or poofed into nothingness or something scary. Claws scraping against one slightly-rickety piece of debris, he scrambled up on top of it. From there, it wasn't too hard to bound along a stepping-stone path of debris to the other platform.
Hopefully this one wouldn't fall too!

How long had they been falling? Jeanette didn't know, but certainly it couldn't have been forever. Not truly - but was that pieces of the path from before falling down around them? She squeaked and grabbed on to the girl she'd fallen with, looking around anxiously for some way to get to safety. Maybe... maybe that debris there? Getting atop that might be hard, but - surely, with the other girl's help... getting on top of it was hard, and somehow Jenny wasn't entirely certain how it happened. Had adrenaline helped her get to safety? Had the strange redhead carried her?
She supposed it didn't matter, really, because the moment she touched the (apparently) safe platform, she sank to her knees and simply sat there, shaking in fear and exhaustion.
Green eyes peered open as he looked around, slowly loosening his hold over the human girl. All around them, people seemed to be floating around like gravity had forgotten to turn itself on in the mirror world. He didn't understand it - but he wouldn't question it, either.
Everyone seemed to be headed straight for the pillar... and hell, monkey see, monkey do. Bob wasn't going to be the last one up there and he sure as heck wasn't going to let his buddy be the last one either.
"Hey Snacks, c'mere," Fingers took hold of hers and he lifted them up to his shoulders. "Loop your arms around my neck - that's it, on the back here - I bet I can get us out of here in a jiffy."
Claws extended themselves on feet and hands, the catman wasting no time when it came to scaling the debris to make his way towards the platform.

He felt the strong grip around him, fingers pressing tightly into him as his own did to the fabric that clung to Kavinsky's chest. Rob waited for the inevitable crash that would end his tragic life (though didn't people die from heart attacks before the actual impact anyways?) but the crash never came.
Opening his eyes, he dared to turn his head and look around him...only to see everyone else, floating around just as they were. Rocks, mirror shards, all sorts of debris floated alongside but they appeared to be in some sort of stasis???
Whatever - if it meant getting another chance to escape, Rob wasn't about to look a gift horse in the mouth!
Hands tentatively released their hold on Kavinsky as he reached for the nearest rock to help push his way up towards the pillar. Everyone else seemed to be aiming for it, so he was definitely one to follow the crowd on this one. The cuts and sores on his bare feet were quickly causing him to wince, the older man struggling to get a firm grip on practically anything as they worked to scale their way towards the top.
A particularly sharp edge sliced the pad of his foot and he let out a hiss between his teeth. s**t. He really needed to pull himself together - time for a distraction, right?
Glancing up at his companion yards ahead, he called out after him, "You willin' to feed my cat if I don't make it out of here, K? We're talking premium tuna eater, here."

Kavinsky (-1)
When he realized they weren't heading toward imminent death death, Kavinsky practically shoved Banks away from him. The Russian wasn't one who gave many shits about being affectionate and he didn't have any interest in letting the grown a** man continue to cling to him if they weren't about to die. Sure, they weren't out of the woods yet and he'd taken one hell of a beating-- ********, K wasn't even sure if he'd get home okay if he made it out of this hellhole --but he wasn't some p***y who needed to rely on someone else to get out of a mess.
Still, he followed suit and took note of the way Banks struggled to make it up the rock or across it to get to that damn pillar.
At least he was wearing shoes unlike pantless wonder over there. Yet-- Banks had stuck by him the whole time and done his best to keep K from getting too ******** up by obstacle course from hell.
"Come on Banks, don't wuss out on me now." He grunted, grabbing the man's arm and slinging it over his shoulder while he tried to power through the rest of this hellish landscape.
Exhaustion still haunted his bones. Hauling himself upright demanded significant effort, and Faustite ached with every move. Where he stood now, he had little idea - the journey through the convoluted space left him with no impression of direction, distance, orientation. Perhaps they ran in concentric circles, never once claiming any new ground. Perhaps they wandered an area infinitely large with no end afforded. Such thoughts mattered little, he knew.
He needed to press on. The stark pillar in the distance stood as his only landmark, and the shattered paths to its platform beckoned him. Others were of similar thought - knights and senshi and agents alike each started on their own journeys to the lone platform, and Faustite grappled with the choice. What precarity awwaited him on his own broken shard of debris? Would he find worse option in approaching the platform? The hollow area left him with few answers.
Finally he started toward the column. His joints protested such movements, and his back cursed him with soreness at every leap. Really he wanted to retire altogether, to teleport back to the black depths of the Cathedral. The stagnant air would do him some good.
But he couldn't, and he knew he couldn't — not with half-measures ringing in his ears, not with fire's faint memory licking over his skin.

Ochre, Corrupted Eternal Senshi
ad nauseam as the pair sailed into the coiling smoke. Ochre reached out for anything he could find - chunks of path that proved too far away, or clothing of those who found safety, or even the few stray wraiths that still lingered in the area. No luck, he found - and panic gripped him for it. He scrambled harder against his slowing fall, searching frantically for some recovery. Even a scanty pebble would do —
His hand caught the very edge of a chunk, which held him for a pair of seconds. He reached desperately for more purchase, his fingers just nearly tasting the surface of the rock when it crumbled from beneath his grasp.
Again he fell, only to find a second rock of similar size. This one held him, if barely, and raw fingers worked to haul himself onto the top of it. From there, he could see - albeit distantly - that most clamored towardd a single platform. As he had no better ideas, Ochre committed to it quickly. What else was there to do? Wait for rescue? Hope that Xenotime might dive out of the ether to save him? With no further option, Ochre started the fragmented hopscotch path toward the platform.
"Uh, Aoki? You okay?" Ochre failed to keep his sights on the squire when he fell; he could be anywhere. Maybe above him, maybe below, maybe he sank into the black depths in the smoke. Ochre caught himself hoping for a response. "I'm gonna start heading toward this uh, platform thing. So if you can hear me, meet me there?" Ochre let his words linger for a moment, then pressed on.

Scholomance, Knight
Scholomance felt like he fell for an eternity. Over time, his velocity paradoxically slowed, and he was left to stare helplessly at his environment while it passed. Soon, there wasn't much of an environment - only tendrils of smoke greeted him in passing.
For an unknowable stretch of time, he saw no one and met nothing. Sound failed to reach him beyond the ubiquitous rushing that echoed in his ears. No ground rose up to meet him. He caught sight of no one through the mists. He simply hung suspended or fell - even that much information grew difficult to discern. Soon, he paid even that much thought little heed. What point was there in thinking about it if he was to descend eternally into fog?
Closing his eyes, Scholomance tugged at the old memory of meditation, of endless counting to leave behind the gross body. He remembered the feel of beads in his hand and the self-urging to dismiss the feel. The way the wood grain rubbed against his thumb and the way he told himself to ignore it. He remembered the uncooked grains of rice andn the swallowed feel of accomplishment as he placed another into the bowl. But such memories failed to rekindle the Buddhist practices he left behind; so long removed from the actions, he could barely drive himself enough to focus.
Abandoning the effort, Scholomance's eyes snapped open. He looked out at the slow accumulation of debris, and chose to follow them out of a lack of other options. Catching one proved difficult - a single arm struggled him drawing him to the surface - but the remaining journey was navigable enough. He could leap so long as his hip allowed him, and the path ahead wound toward an actual destination.
She'd been floating, falling, stuck in place until finally others seemed to join. And a platform seemed to be getting closer and closer. Injured, though the bleeding may have finally stopped, and worried, she had killed time trying to figure out what this place was and why she may have been brought here. It was a shame she'd ended up in this place in such a situation, she would have loved to explore it more.
The misty walls of the room she'd been trapped in before with Ananke had almost reminded her of a video game.
Debris was joining those who were falling as well and she knew she should dodge the pieces if she could. But she was tired and wanted to find a way to get to the platform as quick as possible. The debris, she noted, seemed to make a path but it wasn't going to be an easy one. Clambering onto the bearest, largest piece she could and with a sigh, Dongmei did her best to hop from debris to debris until she managed to reach the path.
It had been hard as she had tried not to reopen the wound on her foot and she seemed lucky in regards to that. Walking on it, as she moved herself away from the platform's edge, was not as nice. She had probably bruised her foot as well.
She missed having Ananke with her, at least she wasn't alone then. Rubbing at her arms, she moved to crouch someplace low and out of the way.

Falling it what she'd been doing, slow and mind numbing and honestly it had been hard to keep an eye on Alex when she'd barely been able to see the young girl. She'd catch sight of her now and again but it wasn't until others had joined them in their descent and darkness around them seemed to fade.
When she did finally catch sight of the girl Kaye had done her best to get to her, jumping from debris to debris in order to get to the platform where everyone around them was headed. She'd actually been so close to the young girl when some one had beat her to it.
Well, as long as she was safe that was all that mattered. Turning to the side she could see Isolda and Hania making their way and the blonde smiled in relief. She was glad to see them okay~
At the very least she waited until the pair reached the platform before rushing to check up on her.

She hadn't expected the fall to be less harrowing (outside of the still falling debris around them) though she didn't quite want to find out how far down it went. The crystal on the lone platform caught her attention, as well as people making her way that way, and she figured it was a safe bet that Isolda and Hania would be heading in the same direction as she'd managed to lose track of the pair in their fall.
The trek through the debris field wasn't the easiest, especially since she'd taken more damage then she thought and the blood made her gloves slide a little more then she would have liked. And she was sure one piece had made another of her arm injuries worse and likely to scar.
Not sure how she was going to explain that to anyone not a senshi. Frowning a bit she was glad to have finally made it to the platform where it seemed a reunion was taking place. Huh... Maybe she should stay back a bit.

Adamantine had expected to fall and be crushed by the weight of impact. She had expected pain like the many times she had been battered and bruised at a single man's hand. She had expected to want death at the end because she would be in agonizing pain that wouldn't be able to be saved beyond death.
What she got was a gentle float to the ground, and when they finally met the floor, it was gentle and soft. She made a small "pff" sound and looked around, seeing as both Epidote and Stellarite had made it as well.
And it looked like the two young blonde siblings had some sort of prey in their sights. Since they were the only two she knew, she followed after them, but made it a point to talk to Epidote about it.
"What... what the hell kind of Alice in Wonderland bad trip IS this???"
Wallop demanded, pointlessly, as the speed at which they plunged changed, and then became stranger. It was a rhetorical question, angry and maybe a little cracked in pitch, but who could blame him. This was all kind of madness, and he had other things to concentrate on, like trying to navigate pieces of Debris in some kind of matrix style obstacle course toward what was, for now... solid ground. It was a little harder after being drained, and he felt sorry for anyone who had been hit worse, but this place... this place was surreal.

Lace was currently trying to comfort the senshi in the only way she knew how, which was to purr indefinitely. As they fell, she didn't want Adria to think of bad things after all! Only the good things, and that they'd be okay falling.
But as they did, she could feel the Senshi shift in his stance and her eyes opened to another path, where debris was littered. Since he was doing his best to keep them uprighted the kitten did what she thought was best as well.
"H..Here!" She popped off his chest and landed on some of the debris as well, slinking through as much as she could for it him. "Don't worry! I won't leave you!" This just made it easier for her to defend him too, if the wraiths came back!
She followed close to his side, watching for anyone else that would be coming their way as well.
The fall from the platform hadn't really hurt the man, and since Julienne was with him still, he made sure to give the cat a small pat on the head and a grin.
"I got your hat." He answered as they touched ground and carefully placed the chef hat back on the Guardian, making sure she was ready to go.
The pile of debris seemed daunting at first but he scaled it and beckoned to her. "I think we're close!"

It took him a great deal of time to climb onto another piece of debris, questioning whether or not it was even worth it. The young man looked around for his inspiration - Denebola.

Itsuki spent much of his time squealing and clinging to anything he could attach himself to - namely, Sharatan and/or anyone in her immediate vicinity.
The falling debris seemed like the best option here, after it was made clear they hadn't splattered all over the ground... yet. Itsuki had some trouble, but kitty paws and claws and Shara-san's help made it a little easier.

Sutai wasn't sure how she survived, but by Princess Polaris' grace, she did.
And somehow, despite it all, she had managed to find Susquehanna and his Page friend alive and whole as well, though the Page of Jupiter had looked much worse for the wear. Stumbling up to the pair of them, Sutai was a mess of sparkles and tutu and tears and snot and it was ugly. Oh so ugly.
"....mister Susquehannaaaaaaaaa...." came the wail and she tried to drape herself on the Page. "....Mister Susquehannaaaaaaaaaa I thought you... you and your friend WERE DEAAAAAAAAD....."
